This unit was amazing. The pool was great and so relaxing. Hot tub was out of order (bummer). The sunrise and sunsets seen on the balcony were great! This unit is very spacious and lots of room. Has all the necessities for your stay. The host was was very responsive to take care of a few minor issues. She responded in minutes. We did not see any kayaks available. This is a gated community which was great for security reasons, however the people in other units were not so friendly to new faces. Not that big of a deal, but we were trying to decide what to get for dinner and we were sitting in our car outside the gate and an older gentleman came up to our car and asked if we were lost or something and to "get out of here" as this is private property. Great, that people are looking after their gated property however, was not very welcoming. Even with the several minor hiccups, this was a great family trip.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. The condo exceeded our expectation. We were disappointed that there were no kayaks available anymore and the putt putt was no longer maintained. The pool was excellent.

This unit was everything our family wanted and needed for a get away weekend. Host was very responsive. Everything we needed was there. It was quiet and bright. We will be back! pool was clean, area was clean, No parties or loud neighbors, very enjoyable.

Great Family getaway!

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation! The condo was very nice. It was clean, and well stocked with everything you need to get your vacation started. The location was perfect. It was only a short distance from a grocery store, shopping centers and restaurants. My family really enjoyed the pool and the recreation room.

4 day get away

My husband and I stayed here with friends and our dogs. We had a wonderful time going out to eat and betting Oaklawn. The condo was clean, stocked,great location and the view of the park and pool from the balcony was beautiful!

Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was bigger than I expected and for our family of 4 there was more than enough space. We could have comfortably fit at least 4 more people easily. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed using the rec room with pool and ping pong. The pool was beautiful and it sounded like it has recently been redone. The water did not seem to be flowing and there was dirt on the bottom...it isn't quite pool season yet (end of March) so maybe they just haven't gotten everything going yet. I was disappointed that there was not access to kayaks as listed. I reached out and was told that there had been a recent change. The manager did offer to let me use a neighbor's but I did not do so. I also was not clear on how to use the fire pit that was advertised as well. It looked like a gas pit that required a key. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and were excited to find an umbrella to keep the sun off. The umbrella was broken but we made do. Overall we were very happy with our stay and found that the location was very convenient for everything we during our visit. I would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful location on the lake and a short drive downtown. Kayaks being locked and the pool unavailable while still very warm outside was a bit disappointing but we were very happy with our stay overall.

Comfortable and spacious

Lake weekend getaway. Quiet and comfortable stay. Large balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the lake. Close to the game room. Areas to enjoy the lake as well as the pool.

This was a very clean nice establishment with very large balcony to look at Lake Hamilton comfortable beds and nice furniture. Property manager did a very good job. Creating a space for people and having pets. Looking forward to our next trip to this location.

Directions were incorrect

The address we were given took us down Jameson street past Jose’s Mexican restaurant and we needed to turn before the restaurant. We found it pretty easily but when we ordered food they had the same problem. It maybe that the road isn’t listed. But otherwise the stay was PERFECT!!

The perfect stay!

Everything about the condo was perfect- the location, the amenities, the owners! First, the owners are very responsive and extremely accommodating! We had an issue with the wifi (which was not actually the owner's fault) and they were quick to assist us in trying to fix that. They also allowed us to add our pet last minute. They were very responsive to emails and texts! The condo is fully stocked with anything you would need. Beds are very comfortable. They have enough seating for everyone in our group. They even have some stuff for kids to do. The set-up was great for our 2 family group. The resort had a lot of things for everyone to do...although some of that amenities could use some updating. I think they recently had a management change and I am sure that with more time, the issues there will fix themselves. It was nothing the really impacted our stay but some things that they were working on when we were there (a leak in the pool but we were still able to swim, the heater in the hot tub was out, they never turned on the fire pit, the paddle boats were not great- stearing is out on one and the other took on water, etc). These were not issues that the owner of this condo could really fix, nor did they make our trip poor. Overall, we loved this property and would stay there in the future if we are in the area again!

Our girls are the most important things to us and we are so happy for them to enjoy their time at this great condo and resort! Laughter and joy can be found everywhere at this place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property drew us in because of all of great amenities that are completely free. We LOVE the pool, sandy beach, paddle boats/boards, kayaks, canoes, horse shoe pits, shuffle board, tennis court, putt putt...this list is LONG! We don't have to even leave to have a great time OR we can head out for FUN and ADVENTURE in Hot Springs.
