IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home.

Available two (2) parking spaces on the driveway for guests to use. Free street parking is also accessible.

This home is situated in Phoenix, the capital city of Arizona and is located in the central region of the state. Getting around by car is easiest but 2716 E Fawn Dr has some transit which means a few nearby public transportation options is also available in the area.

- Garage is not permitted as it is used as a private storage locker.
- Fire pit is not available for guest's use
