Spread out in style and taste in this freshly remodeled 3500 sq ft 6 bedroom custom home near the desirable black mountain area on 1/2 acre. Features luxurious level 5 granite, travertine showers, porcelain tile, imported stone, american custom made cabinetry, cotton sheets, gel pillows, dimmable smart lights, mini split AC (custom temp in EVERY room), recycled wood tables, black out curtains, a split floorplan, & other nice touches. Pool and patio furniture outside.

WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!

Area: We are located 20 minutes from the strip. Close entertainment in Henderson includes Green Valley Casino, Club Fortunate, and Emerald Island. We have very easy freeway access and the view of the strip is stunning driving down the freeway. There is a peak of the Stratosphere from our house.

Exterior: Our yard features a 10 ft feep pool that is diving approved, a full lawn, wax leaf privetts, and bougainvillea. Backyard is fully landscaped. Backyard features outdoor patio furniture, a propane grill (we do not refill propane), and a TV. There are stunning views of Black Mountain from the backyard and palm trees to provide some added shade. We offer a mini fridge as well for outside in the backyard, no need to go back inside!

Inside: You will walk inside to a massive open floorplan with an extensive living and dining area and candlelight fireplace (no wood). There is a pool table with plenty of room to play and a dining table area for 8. The kitchen has bar stools and seats 4. We have two couches that seat 12 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an electric range, a dishwasher, a 1HP garbage disposal, a pot filler, an island, a range hood, coffee machine, blender, microwave, and toaster. Bedrooms are on opposite wings of the house for a nice modern split floorplan to help with sleeping. On the right wing of the house you will find one massive room with 2 kings and 4 twins, and a seperate smaller bedroom with a king. They have two restrooms on that wing of the house, including one with a group shower with luxury rainfall and travertine. On the other wing there are 4 bedrooms. The master has an en-suite private restroom with a travertine shower and 2GPM shower head. The other three bedrooms are on the larger side and share a large bathroom that has a double vanity that features level 5 granite.

Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and in the giant super-master on the opposite wing of the house. We also have desk space in the living room and comfortable desk space on the kitchen.

Comfort: House features custom mini-split heat pump that has custom temperature settings for each room. All feature blackout curtains, for a peaceful nights rest. All beds have WHITE BEDDING, and 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). Enjoy endless hot water from a tankless electric water heater. Bathrooms features jumbo sized shower heads. House is energy efficient with blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all medium firm and fiberglass free.

Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We have LED bulbs in all lighting. We have dimmers on all lightswitches for added comfort and energy efficiency. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. We recycle and expect guests to do the same. Our bathroom fans come on and off automatically based on humidity.

Entertainment: We have 7 smart TV’s. We have a a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games, we also have a grill and a pool table. We have the following premium subscription accounts available on our smart TV’s: Hbo Max, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Netflix. We also have Xfinity Cable TV available for mobile phones only to cast to our smart TV’s if you have a sports event you need to watch. Please message us for details.

Well done and exquisite, tons of parking
Overall the property is exquisite and higher end, the hosts were accommodating and flexible with an early checkin and the pool was sparkling clean. Everything was in a state of good repair. For our larger group the high amount of bathrooms and their tankless hot water heater was a big deal, since the showers were running constantly it was nice to never run out of hot water which has happened to us before in a vacation rental home. Plenty of parking and we were able to pull in our RV just fine.

Great house for small or large groups
We stayed here with our small family of three, but this house could easily fit 4 times that many people. It is pet friendly, very clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The owner was very communicative and has fixed some of the issues noted in prior reviews (the kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels). The neighborhood is quite residential and quiet, but you will need to drive a couple of miles to shops. I wish the pool was heated (it was too chilly to swim comfortably in early April) and that the maintenance man was not around quite so much (he was very nice and tried to stay out of our way, but was present for several hours total doing outdoor work over our three-day stay) as it made us feel like we had a bit less privacy than we would ideally like.

Good Time Great Racing!!
We had a great stay with family! The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It would be nice if the check in time was earlier but they did accommodate us by letting us drop our luggage so we could go to the event we were in town for. They are a fair distance to LVMS but the drive was not bad. The communication with the owners was always pleasant and they responded to messages quickly. We will be using them in the future for our next adventure!

Clean, gigantic, new family favorite
We were impressed with cleanliness of the house upon arrival. All surfaces were wiped down and there were no smudges or fingerprints on anything. We felt very comfortable with cleanliness as well since all the bedding and all the towels are white. The owners also gave us access to their supply closet when we needed something and seeing their good stock of cleaning things made us even more comfortable. Our group had plenty of space to spread out, the floorpan is very friendly to a large group. The house is pretty big I actually got lost in it going through one of the hallways on the big shower side of the home. Our favorite thing about the house was all the bathrooms, it is really nice work and the big shower had four separate shower heads on it. When we arrived they were out of paper towels and the owners immediately sent some over for us. Overall we would definitely stay here again and it was located close enough to the strip for us. The view from the backyard is enjoyable, there is a small view of the mountains. The neighborhood is nice with large lot custom homes and there were two brand new homes being built in the area. The house directly across the street is less sightly but all other homes in the area are well kept and we never saw anything concerning about safety. This was our family's 10th annual trip to Las Vegas and the third time we decided to stay in a home instead of a hotel and this was our favorite one in Las Vegas so far.

Some things were good (location, parking, pool area nice to sit in, kitchen area with bar area nice to have coffee in and chat at breakfast), and some were not what we expected (no hanging racks in any closets with 2 small portable ones for 6 bedrooms, one of the king beds had a bunk bed perpendicular to it on top so you couldn’t sit up, floor very dirty with liquor bottle balloons and sprinkles under the couch, no hooks near the master shower to hang a towel, 4 our door trash cans completely full with nowhere to put our trash, drain clogged in one bath and cleaning person had to come back with drain declogger and we had to run hot water to clear, and in big master the water pressure is low if trying to use hot water so hard to shower and wash hair - we used a different bathroom). With minor fixes (clean, add closet hanger bars and some hangers, etc) it would be more functional to stay there. We did communicate with property team, so some of this may be fixed (we did sweep and scrub floor on arrival, take the trash cans to curb and then put our trash in, put sheet on one master bed , and dump balloons and liquor bottles)…
