I cannot say enough great things about our experience! From the moment we booked until the very end of our stay, everything was nothing short of exceptional. One of the biggest highlights was the outstanding communication with our host. Every question, request, and accommodation was met with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our experience was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. It truly made us feel valued and welcomed throughout the entire process.The location itself was absolutely phenomenal! We were right in the heart of everything we could possibly need or want. Whether it was dining, shopping, entertainment, or simply grabbing last-minute necessities, everything was conveniently within reach. Having that level of accessibility made our stay that much more enjoyable and allowed us to spend less time worrying about logistics and more time making memories.What really sets this experience apart, though, is the combination of an incredible location and a host who genuinely cares about the people staying at their property. It's one thing to have a beautiful place in a great area, but it's another to have the peace of mind knowing you're being taken care of by someone who is attentive, responsive, and accommodating.I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the area. Great house and location for family gathering!

The house was just minutes from airport and exactly as described. Great backyard, pool, spa and very private. Close to grocery and shopping. Perfect house for large group. Property manager was great to work with and responded quickly for any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Perfect Setup

This house was awesome, the layout was great and the pool/backyard was exactly what we needed. This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to stay at a casino/hotel. We went out every night on the strip and it was only 15-20 min uber

House was great. Exactly as pictured. Host was quick to answer any questions. There is nowhere in the bathrooms to hang towels and the bathrooms could use more counter space. Otherwise, the house is perfect!

Family vacation

Lovely rental, fully stocked kitchen with gadgets you may need. Plenty of towels. Fit our 14 family members perfectly. Pool is a great size, the backyard just looked bigger in the photos. Great spot over all.

The house was nice . Pool was great . The door handle was a little janky , the kitchen sink had a broken sensor or something on it as well.

The location was great for all the places we went. Enjoyed the house. We had all the rooms we needed. Not totally wheelchair accessible for a power chair, but we made it work. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Amazing experience

Second time in a row we stayed at the Serenity Estate. This year was even better. We loved the house enough to return but I mentioned the living room was rather sparse with furniture to the 777Rental team and that made the LR rather loud. What a pleasant surprise to find a ton of extra seating, a foosball table and more. It felt a lot more homey and it sure enough it sounded homey too. Lots of bedrooms, beds, shower and pool towels. Tons of pots, fans, utensils, shower gels, garbage bags - you name it. We shopped for food, had what we needed for cooking and extensively used the backyard area and hot tub. We plan to be back again next year.

Vegas wedding

The location of the property was great. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. There where stains on the rug, chairs, bedding, walls, furniture and baseboards.

We definitely don't agree with this review. Our cleaners do a great job and the house is double checked prior to check in. I recommend you look at the many other reviews for this and other 777RENTALS properties that we offer. This guest did not complain at all during the stay and was thankful for the free early check in and late checkout - we did not see this bad review coming. We do agree it is time for new comforters and bed shams and they are all being replaced this week. WE just had the other items re-checked and they are clean.

Great for large work group

The house had plenty of room for my work group of 11 people. The pool was wonderful and the beds were comfy. The kitchen even had most things you would need to cook with for the team/family which is often not the case. Would I rent again? Absolutely

A little disappointing

Nice place in a nice neighborhood but some issues. PROS: Nice remodel throughout Clean Close to a lot of nice shopping centers CONS: Pool heats VERY slowly Electrical problems Pics make it look bigger than it is Master bath is large open space, no door Check in was easy, place is clean and nice. 3 outlets in front room didn't work. 2nd day, all outlets in one bedroom went out. A repairman came the following day and knew about the ones in the front room from a previous visit. He fixed the ones in the bedroom but they went out that night again. We paid the extra $330 to have the pool heated but it didn't get warm enough to swim in until the 3rd day. Host was friendly and responsive. Overall though, it was A LOT of money for the inconveniences.
