3) 5 = MAX # of cars (all cars must be parked in the driveway) - NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.
4) DAY = Noise levels outside must be reasonable outside during the day (LOW music levels on SMALL Bluetooth speakers OK).
NOTE â IF THE OUTSIDE NOISE METER IS FLASHING AND BEEPING THEN THE NOISE LEVELS ARE TOO HIGH
