Welcome to The Lookout, a modern beach retreat!

Mere steps away from the beach, pool, and downtown Coligny - this unit has been completely renovated to suit every one of your needs. From the pillow top queen mattress, custom built-in bunk beds, and Z-Line microwave & convection oven, every square inch of this unit has been meticulously utilized to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation.

The moment you step into The Lookout you will be greeted by an open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen, and a smart TV with every channel imaginable. Enjoy your favorite beverage on two high top adirondack chairs overlooking one of the most popular beaches on Hilton Head Island. Along with every amenity that you may need for your stay, the unit includes a water purification system, board games for those rainy days, beach chairs and an umbrella, and a complimentary bottle of our favorite wine to start your vacation off.

Some of the reasons why you'll love the location of The Lookout is that you are a five minute walk to downtown Coligny, steps away from a local bike-rental shop, or a free shuttle to any of the dozens of restaurants, bars, and the award winning Celebration Park. Along with being in the heart of Hilton Head, the villa is minutes to Sea Pines, Harbor Town, and multiple world famous golf courses.

While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club. Fabulous!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Lookout very much. The location is close to the beach and the bike path as well local restaurants. There was plenty of storage for the two of us as well as a well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the extra touches ie. hand soap, laundry/dishwasher pods, cooking oils etc. James is a great communicator and answered our questions promptly. We would highly recommend James and Katie's villa. It was fabulous!

Great location, felt secure

We traveled all around the island and it was a great location. Not warm enough for a beach day but had a great time anyways.

Amazing ocean views and sunsets!

The Lookout was beautifully decorated and very comfortable during our 2 month stay. The condo has ocean views and amazing sunsets. James and Katie were wonderful hosts and we would recommend their place to our friends and family.

Beautiful Property!

We have stayed at many properties on Hilton Head and this was our favorite. The unit has been thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Everything you need is there in the room. My wife kept commenting on how beautiful the condo was and what a great use of the space. My 6 year old told us it was her favorite “cabin” (her term for any place we stay on vacation) that we’ve stayed at. The location is great and only steps to the beach. We would highly recommend this location and we’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great location!

This is the cutest villa, updated beautifully and stocked to perfection to take care of us for the week! It’s in the best location, right on the beach with beautiful views. Close to great restaurants and shops!

Hi, we’re the Dagers!

Both James & Katie are New England born and raised but have found our home to be nestled in the heart of Western North Carolina. While juggling full time careers both in real estate and medicine and balancing life with three children, we like to fill our time with exploring all that life will give us. On any given weekday or weekend, you’ll find us tending to the farm we live next to, trail running, mountain biking, hiking, or floating down the river!

Our favorite gifts to give and to receive are unique trips with each other. Some of which include skiing in Vermont, backpacking in Utah, white water rafting in Montana, exploring the sites in San Diego, or flying in the air on the rollercoasters at Dollywood in Tennessee.

We hope you enjoy staying at any of our properties and, if you're every passing through Western North Carolina make sure and reach out...beer's on us!
