Located within walking distance to popular Coligny Beach, you are close to everything amazing on Hilton Head Island. Central to all of the great food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment! This condo is located in a gated, ocean front complex with an ocean view. You’ll love this clean, newly renovated space with new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, live edge bar and many other custom touches! The unit features a private bedroom with access to the full updated bath that includes a tub/shower combo and even a bluetooth speaker in the overhead light! Two cozy bunks in the hallway are perfect for kids. The inviting living room features a comfortable, new pull-out sleeper sofa with access to a private balcony fitted with the perfect adirondack chairs to sit and relax while enjoying your morning or evening beverage all while taking in the Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing costal breeze. You’ll find the kitchen stocked with the necessities for your stay. This is the perfect beach space for a couple or family without compromising on style and luxuries. This complex, with direct access to the beach, features a large pool, bbq grill and picnic area, and an oceanfront sun deck to enjoy the sun without the sand! We want you to have everything you need to enjoy your vacation and are happy to provide:

We had a minor hiccup in the beginning of our stay and it was quickly acknowledged and remedied by the owner. He was great at communicating throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable.

Perfect Coastal Getaway!

Our stay at Coastal Soul was terrific! The villa is beautifully updated with modern finishes, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches that made our trip stress-free. It was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed—beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon, and even board games.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Coligny Beach and close to great restaurants and shopping.The hosts honestly thought of everything, making this the perfect beach retreat. We would stay here again! I highly recommend it!

Perfect HHI getaway!

We have traveled to HHI for many years over spring break with our family, but this year we found ourselves headed there without our older children. We happened to find this cute rental, which is right next-door to where the rest of our friends to stay with their families for the week. From the start, our host was amazing. Answered all of our questions before we arrived and checked in with us throughout our stay. The check in and check out process were so simple. The place is super cute and quaint - and had everything we needed. And it is so convenient to the beach! This was the first time we flew and it was so nice to have the beach chairs available and to not have to worry about packing the extras. We highly recommend and will stay here every time it is just the two of us enjoying beach time in Hilton Head!!

Great little spot! Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Worth the 10 minute drive to Harbour Town. Space is perfect for two!

Great Stay!

Thank you Derek for great stay!! All the extras ( start off coffee, beach chairs and wagon and extra towels) were so nice to find on arrival. Condo is located on beach for easy access to walk in the mornings and Coligny Square any time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic condo for a couple’s getaway

AMAZING!

My husband and I had the BEST stay here for our honeymoon! Derek is amazing and a great communicator. He ensured we had a safe arrival and was very gracious with check in and check out. The condo was so clean when we arrived, and we absolutely loved the location. We were a very short walk to the beach and perfectly located to all the great spots and restaurants in Hilton Head. The condo also had beach chairs, beach toys, board games, and many other great items that we used. We are so thankful for Derek and this condo, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Close to dining, shopping and steps away from the beach. Most responsive host ever. Unit is small, but clean and cute. We would stay here again.

Location can't be beat

Second away from the beach, and walking/biking distance to a lot in the area. The place is small, so not sure how one would get more than 2 people in comfortably, but if you're a couple looking for a great place next to the beach, this is your spot!.

This was our first vacation as a family of four. Our experience was fantastic. The villa is conveniently located to the beach and attractions. The property manager answered my calls immediately upon arrival. I give this experience a 5 star.
