Enjoy great ocean views and cool ocean breezes from your private balcony in this oceanfront Sea Side Complex. This beautifully decorated first floor villa is designated non-smoking for your comfort. Popular South Forest Beach is within walking distance and offers Water Fun Park, Coligny Plaza, and various restaurants/nightclubs.

The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with HDTV and adjoining bath. Enjoy the ocean view from the charming living/dining area with its comfortable Queen sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD. The functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Two built in bunk beds are ideal for young children.

This Sea Side complex features an oceanfront sundeck & swing, two pools, washer and dryer on each floor, elevator access and covered parking with security. Come relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this ocean front complex. This is a perfect villa for a small family looking for affordable accommodations, convenient location, and GREAT ocean views (1st condo from oceanfront).

Beautiful location and responsive host

So thankful for the week at HHI. Christy not only let is rebook when a hurricane hit last year, she was responsive and helpful during our stay. Her place is immaculate, well stocked, and ocean views. We stay at Seaside Villas often, and this unit is an A. Thank you!

No Regrets

Was this place on the small side? Yes. Was it properly stocked with necessities and clean as a whistle? YES! For 3 adults and 1 child, it was a cozy space that was in walking distance of practically everything you need. Especially the beach! (Which was very lovely in itself). Only warning I have is that the bunks are built more for small kids. As for the complex, it too was kept really clean and the noise level on our end was very minimal. My family had a wonderful time here and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Great location close to everything…beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Dave was very helpful and added a lot of extras to make our experience enjoyable and saved us money from renting extras…bikes, chairs, umbrella etc.

Great location!!

Perfect for two. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Loved our long walks on the beach. Close to many bike and walking trails. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the view!

This condo was the 1st back from direct ocean front and the view was amazing! We simply loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean! Also, very nice place for the value!

HILTON HEAD VILLA 127 GREAT HIDEAWAY TO ESCAPE WINTER

Hilton Head is quiet, peaceful and pristine in winter. There is plenty to do on the island with far more nearby in Bluffton, Beaufort, Savannah, Charleston and elsewhere. Villa 127 is fully equipped and ideal for a couple. We truly enjoyed our two month stay.

Great trip!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first experience with a VRBO type of property. Owner responsive, smooth from beginning to end. Great condo, pretty view and super convenient to anything you might need or want to do.

Very Nice!

This is a very nice condo in a great area. Wonderful beach. The owners watercolor paintings in the condo are terrific and give it a great feel. Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and updated. Beautiful view although I would have preferred to be a little closer.

Small but nice!! Owner very helpful and easy to get a hold of!! Enjoyed our stay!! Would like to see more condos with recliners for us who can’t sleep in a bed.

Great Family Experience

Enjoyed our stay. Great family experience. The location was great. Check in/out very easy. Relatively clean and well maintained. Has a very nice view. The air conditioner is quiet and cooled unit nicely. Easy access to beach. Pools in condo compelx get nice shade in afternoon.

Great Vacation

We truly enjoyed our vacation and rental unit. The unit was just the right size for us and had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely rent the same place again. Dave answered all our questions when asked.
