Beautifully and newly renovated in contemporary coastal style, this two-bedroom condo in Seagrove Beach is 30A living at its best. Enjoy a quick stroll to the white-sand beach each morning, easily accessible only half a block away.

This lovely complex sits just up Beachfront Trail from the Walton Dunes Beach Access, with grounds that include an outdoor pool (heated in fall, winter, and spring), a hot tub, and grilling and picnic areas for your use. It's the perfect, central location less than two miles from The Hub and four miles from Seaside.

Everything about this condo makes you think of the beach, from the soft tones of white and blue to the views of the palms and pool through the back wall of windows. The renovation has added a wonderful sense of polish, as well as new floors, a new sofa, and new furnishings in the primary bedroom suite.

Begin each morning with coffee on the balcony at sunrise and a homemade breakfast prepared with stainless steel appliances in the chic kitchen. Load up the provided beach cart for your stroll down to the Gulf of Mexico, and come home in the afternoon when it's time for frosty drinks made with the Margaritaville margarita machine. In the evenings, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, play board games at the dining room table with a favorite movie streaming in the background, or simply retire to the two serene bedrooms - each with its own TV and bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
