The perfect gateway!

We love this area of 30A and we come here often! This rental has been our best experience yet. The living space felt calm, very clean, and safe. The balconies were both very private and made an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner gathering place. There was plenty of extra closet space with little baskets to keep our extra items neat and tucked away. The golf cart that was provided made our beach commute quick and easy. This rental is very conveniently located—walking distance to coffee, bars, eateries—we didn't need to use our car during our stay. The owners truly thought of everything when they planned their rental space, and you can tell they put love into every bit of this home.

Perfect stay in 30A!

This was the perfect getaway place for our trip to 30A. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything needed to make our trip great. The golf cart was the perfect addition and made it even easier to get to the beach or other nearby areas. So many restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Best vacation rental I’ve had

The property was immaculate and comfortable. The mattresses were high quality and the linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the WiFi worked. I call these out because these are the areas where most rentals are lacking. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This town home is located in the perfect spot! Just minutes from seaside. It comes with a great golf cart that is fun to take a few minute drive to the beach! It is just steps away from a pool and even walking distance from restaurants, donuts, coffee, ice cream and shopping! It is beautifully decorated, super clean and organized! It has everything you could ever want. Deer Lake state park which has a great beach is just a short golf cart ride away. It was the best beach vacation we have ever had and right in the heart of 30A! You won’t be disappointed!

Late Spring Vacay

Nice property and location. Perfect for our group of six and we enjoyed the use of the golf cart. I always appreciate when we get a few extra towels. :) Any questions were quickly answered and I appreciated the helpful reminders about trash day. Would recommend and stay here again.

Felt like home away from home!

We had the very best time on this trip and a big part of that is thanks to this beach house. Or should I say sanctuary! The rental had everything we needed and more. Not to mention it was spotless. It was cozy and in such a great location. I cannot recommend it enough! We will certainly be back!!

Quick getaway to Seagrove

This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The size and space are designed so well and were great for everyone to use. Everything worked so nicely including golf cart and ping pong table in the garage.

Perfect Getaway!

Just got home from a three night girls trip and we are already planning our next visit! A perfect location for a few days away - the home was spotless when we arrived and so cozy! We spent most of our time at the beach but this was absolutely the perfect landing spot in between with everything we could need. The location is ideal to let you explore multiple areas of 30A - easy golf cart ride to Seaside which had great breakfast and lunch options and then a short and very inexpensive Uber ride to Alys/Rosemary where we ventured for dinner! Also very easy ride to the beach and the binder in the house has an easy to follow map with access points and golf cart parking. The complex itself was also quiet and very clean. Absolutely would recommend!

30A Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Sanctuary. The location was perfect with the golf cart. The cart was fully charged and ready to use. We did run into an issue with the cart going dead on 2 bars. We thought we could make it back but it died in the middle of the road and had to be pushed to the side. We had to get a replacement cart and the company was super helpful. There is only 2 towels per bathroom which was not enough for our party. The air had a hard time keeping up in the evenings but wasn’t bad. We enjoyed the trip.

Lovely 30A getaway

Our family loved our stay at saltwater sanctuary. The home is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need to enjoy a 30A getaway. Using the golf cart was wonderful and convenient for keeping the sand out of the car and golf cart parking is easier to find. We especially enjoyed the quick bike and golf cart ride to Deer Park Lake. It was often easier to find parking plus the convenience of a close restroom for just $3.

Best of 30A

Location, location, location. ?. We found the place to be lovely and convenient. Just too much fun! The home is situated between Seaside and Rosemary along 30A. It is a nice walk, chill bike ride, or fun cruise on the golf cart to either end of 30A. Proximity to the beaches is a huge plus, it’s just too easy to enjoy and fun. Swimming pool is nice to hit after a beach day. If available we’d love to make this our annual trip destination. Thank You !

We had a great week here. It is close to everything and we used the golf cart to go almost everywhere we could along 30A. The place was spotless and had plenty of room for our family of 6. You can get to Santa Clara beach access with parking in about 5 minutes on golf cart. It was fantastic.

Comfort, location, and taste!!

We just spent a week here and it was perfect! It’s tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and had everything we needed! The 2 porches made it even better! The golfcart was amazing to have. This house is located in the middle of Seaside and The Hub/The big chill. It was really nice having the golfcart to go to the beach. The public beach access is a 3 minute golfcart ride. My kids loved the beach access because there is a fresh water lake right on the beach! Back to the house….we loved the layout. The kids were downstairs so no stomping over our heads. The master was comfortable and has a ton of storage to unpack and feel at home. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was great with an upgraded shower head. The mattress I’m the master was really comfortable, we slept great! The downstairs bedrooms were comfortable as well and my kids loved the bunk area with the sliding door!! The kitchen is fully stocked! Plenty of dishes, cups, and all the gadgets you will need!!! We enjoyed cooking and having family meals on the balcony! Go ahead and book this house! I’m sure your family will love it as much as we did! 10/10 definitely recommend! Go to Buddy’s and get some fresh steamed shrimp for a treat! You won’t be sorry! Oh and the ping pong table in the garage was a great surprise! So much fun!!! It was nice having a fridge and TV in there as well! We were so spoiled all week!

Good Location, golf cart is a huge plus!

About 10 min walk to the beach, 2 minute by golf cart or bike and 10 min golf cart ride to The Hub/Chill or Seaside. Beach entry is at Eastern Lake, so you have to walk through the water, but in reality it wasn't bad and made the beach less crowded. Be prepared though, they are very particular on parking by the beach, we got a parking ticket as did 5-6 other golf carts. The house was exactly as described/pictured - perfect for our family - 2 adults, 4 teens and 1 tween (used the hall bunk). It was decorated very nicely and everything was spotless. The kitchen didn't have a muffin pan (breakfast) but otherwise pretty well stocked, I don't think there was a blender, but we didn't need one. The grill was perfect. Parking is definitely enforced, you will have to park the third car in the storage unit behind, but that was very easy and they were nice to work with. The homeowner and the management company were very responsive. All in all a really good experience!

Spacious Townhome with Golf Cart

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the property could have been cleaner inside. Floors weren't clean and master bathroom had hair stuck in drain. A huge full trash can greeted us in the driveway upon arrival along with trash bags on ground. The cable box didn't work upon check in and the mgmt. company came out to look at it right away. They promised a new cable box on Mon. a.m., but we never received one until Wed. after another call. Golf cart was the best thing! We enjoyed the porch and grill very much also.

Wonderful home in Paradise!!

We loved our stay at Saltwater Sanctuary!! The home is immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the grill is large and clean. The decor and furnishings are perfect! The phone chargers by each bed were a nice touch. The 6–person golf cart was a special treat! We parked the car and carted everywhere around Seagrove. We had no maintenance issues. Totally recommend this beautiful and fun beach townhome.
