Pack a picnic, grab your favorite book, and head to one of the many popular beach areas or waterfront parks.

Comfortable, spacious, and outfitted with personal touches that make you feel at home, this property has it all! Utilize the charming kitchen to whip up your favorite meal with one (or all) of the many provided kitchen appliances, such as a blender, crock pot, and induction hot plate. Settle into the expansive living room and enjoy the fireplace while watching a classic film on the TV. Provided board games and a keyboard ensure nights full of fun and laughter. When it comes to relaxing, find yourself soaking in the jacuzzi tub and laying out by the pool. A large, private yard is the perfect space to barbecue and find your zen by watching the koi swim in the lovely waterfall pond. While maximizing your vacation time, let the daily chores in life find themselves solved by having access to a washer/dryer and office space equipped with a computer, printer, and comfortable office chair.

THINGS TO KNOW


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
