Overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. The house was well kept and clean. There is a washer and dryer on both floors which is wonderful when you have so many people in the house. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was decorated beautifully, spacious and had a great amount of rooms. Wi-fi was a bit iffy but wasn’t a major factor. The pool area was great except the pool safety net wasn’t in place. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. There were a few spots that needed extra cleaning attention but again, nothing clorox or cleaning supplies couldn’t take care of. We had a great stay and would return again!

Property wasn’t clean at all. My family and I made it to the property about 10 minutes earlier than check in. It was nowhere near ready for (for my family and I to live for the next 4 days) Since we had driven almost 9 hours to get here(tired). We headed in and started to clean up so we could start to enjoy our vacation. The pictures on website are deceiving, not nearly what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this property! Too many problems to name!!

We stayed at this location as a group of colleagues attending a week-long work festival. And given the price, this was definitely worth it! The rooms were clean. The host was communicative. The pool was a fun time. And while navigating the guard shack was a bit of a surprise, we definitely felt safe and comfortable. Honestly, the only issue we had was that the garage door opener didn't work; because we had 3 cars and the neighborhood doesn't allow parking on the street, we had to manually open the garage. Also, we didn't have dishwasher detergent. But otherwise, we had an excellent stay--I would definitely recommend this to anyone on the fence about booking!

This place would have been great, it definitely met the needs as far as space. Everyone was able to spread out comfortably and go and be in there own space when needed. The place however need major repairs. The walls were dirty, some of the toilets were not working properly. The beds has the cheapest mattresses, there were cabinet doors missing and or hanging poorly, some handles were missing, just a few things here and there broken. Although we wanted to get in early, the place was not as clean as it could have been. Some of the bathrooms still had grime in the tubs and showers. Over all it really wasn't what I was expecting from the pictures. If you repaired some things and paint the walls and do some upgrades, maybe you could charge more. You guys never sent anyone out to check the toilet.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Great to have 2 refrigerators and nice array of kitchen appliances, pots, dishes and utensils. WiFi wasn’t the best. Overall cleanliness was good. Could have used a broom to clean up during our stay. We purchased one. Would definitely stay again. Communication with host was good and timely. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This house was fantastic for our golf outing. It works wonderful for us because we have eight guys staying and each guy is able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is great for cooking breakfast each morning before a day of golf and the common area is perfect for everybody to gather and watch TV in the evenings. The host did a very good job communicating prior to our arrival. He also checked in during our stay and the checkout process was very easy. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

There was 10 cousins on a family vacation. We each had our own room and bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The only complaint was that the refrigerators were not cold enough.

Kitchen needed medium size sauce pan. Coffee pot was not working, Clear top missing from blender. Host missed request for grill- issue cleared.Sufficient towelsGreat to be able to use garage.Great access to stores.Place was clean, but could use a deep clean. Doors, handles, etc were dirty.Would consider staying again because of service provided by the host. Responded quickly to all concerns.
