We have designed this NEWLY RENOVATED home to have all of your essential needs!

Boasting 2000 square feet of cozy living space, whether you're spending time with family or friends, this home will make you never want to leave the town of Pompano beach, Florida.

PETS:

Pet fee is 250$ and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

If there are any damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.

If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

We accept a maximum of two dogs at our short-term rental. If away from the home, we ask that your pet be crated.

HOME LAYOUT
Follow along- when entering the front door, you will walk into the open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the luxurious Caramel velvet sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our Samsung 60" TV. You will have access to the guest Roku and Netflix accounts from. If you would like to access your streaming services, just remember your passwords.

All the instructions will be provided on how to manage the TV channels.

KITCHEN

Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and full-size refrigerator to fix meals for large groups. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area, or get take-out and enjoy it on the back patio under the stars or in the dining room.

The dining room table is outfitted with a table fit for six and additional seating at the bar.

The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a king bed, luxury mattress, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, bedside lamps, a standing mirror, a chest and a closet.

MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and vanity, located directly off the main bedroom.
BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom has two Twin beds, two bedside tables and lamps, a planter, hammock bench and beautiful view to the pool and outdoor dining area..

BEDROOM 3
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, luxury mattress, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan, Arm chair and a closet.

SHARED BATHROOM:

The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single vanity is right across the living room before entering the bedrooms.

BEDROOM 4
The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, luxury mattress, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan, Arm chair and a closet.

Washer + Dryer
You will find a Washer and Dryer in the garage area. We do provide detergent and dryer sheets for you to use.

You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.

PARKING
The driveway can fit four cars comfortably. Additional street parking is available at the front of the home.

SELF-CHECK-IN
We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive check-in information prior to arrival.

Superhog guest verification:

After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the home and side of the house which records to make sure the house is protected. Footage remains private and may be used for safety/protection purposes and liability reasons while monitoring occupancy and other policies per general home guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the fresh Floridian air. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing outside on the patio or beside the pool. Enjoy the pool as you star gaze or soak up the warm sun.

CHILD FRIENDLY
To make traveling more manageable for you, we recommend checking out for all of your infant needs!!

HOUSE RULES

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM or later.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Lock the door each time you leave home.

If you use the washer/Dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

Parties and large gatherings are PROHIBITED.

Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent pods under the sink.

Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.

Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.

This is a family-oriented and child-friendly home. However, children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian at all times. All responsibility and duty of care for them must be provided by you, including their equipment and needs.

You're assuming all risk and liability when using the pool.

GETTING AROUND
Do I need to rent a car?

If you plan on traveling around or outside of Fort Lauderdale, we recommend renting a car. Many car rental services are available at the airport. Ensure you book your vehicle at the airport you plan to fly into.

Are there any transportation services?

Yes! Uber and Lyft are available in Pompano beach or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You can download the app and make prior reservations.
