Immaculate House near beach

Great trip, house was very clean, loved the layout of the house and having the private space to sleep near the pool. Highly recommend. 5 minute drive to the beach.

Pompano Stay

Property worked well for an extended stay for our family. Quite and convenient location. Nice pool and backyard area. Management group was friendly and easy to work with.

Made the most of it

The house is well located, <10 min drive to the beach and good restaurants and amenities near by. We found the house to be very dirty, the floors were filthy and both bathroom showers had visible black mould. The beds were comfortable with clean linens (the upper bunk beds were a little wobbly, only suitable for small children). There were plenty of clean bath towels but the beach towels need replacing. The pool filtration is poor. Overall just worn down. Property managers were communicative and check in was easy. I wouldn’t stay here again and wish there were more accurate reviews so we knew what to better expect.

Great little house close to the beach

We really enjoyed your stay here. The house was perfect size for the six of us. The backyard and the pool were the star of the show for sure. The grill was a nice amenity.Would stay here again!

Our 1st impressions & contact with the team, carryover to the property we rented exceeding our expectations! Relaxing 😌

My Wife & I had a great stay we enjoyed the pool & kitchen living room space. Beds were comfortable & neighbors were great. Brought my 5 lb. Yorkie who enjoyed herself as well. Booked for 9 days had to add 2 extra days to my vacation. Food & shopping area with in minutes away. Would book this property again.

Wonderful place for families

We had such a great stay! The house is impeccable, super comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Proximity to the beach was a big plus for us as well. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Perfect place in Fort Lauderdale area

The customer service we got from the owner was great! Called after booking. Touched base the week of. Was easy to talk to or text. Took care of a small inconvenience within hours. Will stay here again. 5 min to beach. 15 min from the Harbor!

Great property

The management team was great. Always available to answer questions. The property was exactly as described. Perfect amenities, we really appreciated all the beach towels and chairs! Very close to grocery store. You really cannot walk to a beach because of the canals so we ended up renting a car. We were able to walk to a car rental place from the house.

Overall a very nice experience. There were few glitches such as some dirty dishes that were in cabinets. However, the rental company was quite responsive and we had a great stay. It is a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The pool area was lovely at that time of year.

Great location

The house is in a good location on a quiet street which was lovely. The house was renovated in part but not to the degree we expected (i.e one bath room was renovated, the other one was less so). Home and property, including pool, was rather small for our family of 6 but we made it work. We called into the management company on one occasion and they were very courteous and promptly solved our issue.

This property is lovely and a perfect home. Property management was excellent, stayed in communication, and was very helpful with everything since the booking of the trip. Location is close to everything and made for a relaxing trip without having to travel far at all. I couldn’t ask for better and I will definitely be back

We Had A Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed the property and the location. We were able to visit over 5 separate beach's for the week we stayed. Very quite neighborhood and friendly to visitors. The management communication was outstanding. From the confirmation process to the easy check in. Was immediate to respond to to our requests. The home is as described and very clean and easy to maintain. Enjoyed the outside pool and relaxing under the cabana. Have stayed in many Vrbo properties and I would rate this high on our list of places to visit and return. You will not be disappointed or regret the money you spend on this property. Pompano Home Away from Home!

Modern, clean, and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors - true to photos and description. The heated pool with Tikki hut was a PLUS!! Great communication with the property managers. All made for a very relaxing vacation. Will visit again.

First time VRBO

Property was easy to find, in a nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors on both sides. Immediately had a few issues/concerns, but they were instantly addressed by the property manager. The home seems to have been recently renovated as everything is reasonably new. This includes the pool, large patio and tiki lounge. Very impressed with the professionalism and level of service.

Great property and management!

We highly recommend this home. It is well-maintained and clean. The Peloton was a huge treat. We loved working out then jumping in the pool. The Tiki was lovely and a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after BBQ-ing. The neighbors are SUPER friendly and the fact this a dog friendly home was much appreciated. It is a great yard with artificial turf. Everything that is needed is nearby; gas station, car wash, Publix, and the beach is a quick drive away. Great property!

Cosy and comfortable!

This property had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. It was in very good condition, had a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and was spacious enough for the seven of us. The pool was warm and the outdoor Tiki-style seating area was delightful! There is a gas BBQ, a Peloton bicycle for those that want additional exercise, and ping pong in the garage. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk (across a main road) from shops including a supermarket. You can walk to the Intercoastal water way, and a short drive to the lovely beaches. Property management (Jeffrey and Carla) were attentive throughout. I would recommend this place.
