Beach Walk Inn is located on the South-side of the infamous 30A and has been completely renovated in 2022 with all new coastal decor and furnishings. The home is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood and has a private pool, convenient beach access and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom accommodating 10 people.

On the first floor you will find a beautiful entryway with three bedrooms: one King, one Queen bedroom that share a separate bathroom and a bedroom featuring two Twin over Twin built-in bunk beds with a private bathroom and seating area for the kids to enjoy watching TV or playing games. The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen features modern cabinetry and finishes with stainless steel appliances. There is room for 10 guests at the island and dining table to enjoy a meal together. The living room has a flat-screen TV to accompany the balcony, where you'll get to enjoy the views of 30A. The third level is the Grand Suite that boasts a King size bed, a luxury private bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower, private toilet and huge closet. Enjoy the private balcony where you'll enjoy a million-dollar view of the shimmering waters outside. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
