Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you otherwise enjoyed your stay, but we’re truly sorry for the unsettling experience you and your family had when someone unexpectedly entered the home. We completely understand how frightening that must have been, especially for your daughter, and we sincerely apologize. We take situations like this very seriously and understand your concerns regarding communication. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reviewing what happened with our team to help ensure something like this does not happen again. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you and your family with the comfortable and worry-free experience you expected in the future.

Thank you so much for your review, Chrissy! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your time overall. We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding beach access. While there are neighboring areas with private beach frontage, the nearby beach access points available to guests are public. If any guest ever experiences difficulty accessing a public beach area, we always encourage reaching out during the stay so we can help point them in the right direction or direct them to local resources if needed. There are also several nearby public access points available, which can sometimes offer an easier experience depending on the day. Thank you again for your feedback—we truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Scott! We’re thrilled to hear that Aquascape was the perfect end-of-summer getaway for your family and that everyone enjoyed both the private spaces and shared gathering areas. We’re also glad our team could promptly assist with pool maintenance and help make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you all back for another relaxing beach escape soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review, Jack! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that this was your favorite 30A rental to date and that the home was a great fit for your family gathering. It's wonderful to know that everyone had plenty of space to spread out, that you found the home comfortable and well equipped, and that you were able to enjoy both the backyard and the pool throughout your stay. We're also glad you found the nearby beach access, bikes, and convenience store helpful during your vacation. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience with future guests. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable beach getaway in the future!
