Footprints In The Sand situated in the private, gated community of Sunrise Beach, South of 30A. You are just 100 steps to the sand, a private beach access within the community. Walk across the street and have some of the best food on 30A. Live music nightly at Shunk Gulley and the best ice cream our family has ever had at Pecan Jacks. 6 Miles to Seaside, 4 miles to Grayton Beach, 2 miles to Blue Mountain Beach.

About our home.....We wanted this home to be a blessing to others as it has been for our family. Making memories here year after year for so many is a gift to us.

Main Level-

Enter on our screen in porch where you will find a cute swing bed where you can sleep or sit while listening to the ocean sounds or feel the ocean breeze. Have a glass of wine at the outdoor table or bring dinner outdoors.

Kitchen, Living room and Dining room are all altogether complete with a table for 6 ( could squeeze more if necessary), stocked kitchen, comfy coastal couches where you can curl up, read a good book or take a nap.

Bedroom 1 , 1st Full bath & Laundry are all located downstairs. This is perfect for multi-generational families where Grandma & Grandpa can sleep on main level and have everything they need without walking up a step.

2nd Level-

To the right you will have the Master Suite complete with rich coastal furnishings, a second floor covered porch. Keep the doors open at night to hear the ocean and you can even sneak a peak of the beautiful Gulf peaking through the palm trees. This is a great place to work if you have the ability to work remotely. This room has its own Full Master Bath.

Through the hall you will find Bedroom 3 & Bedroom number 4 with an adjoining Full Bathroom. With high ceilings and lots of light in all the upstairs bedrooms it makes these rooms feel nice and airy. Bedroom 4 has a custom bunk rack with 4 queen beds. Each bed has its own cute lamp and charging station.

3rd Level- Travel on up the last and final staircase and you will find our "Teen Hangout". Complete with a TV, Xbox and a working station in case you are doing school work from the beach. This also has a balcony that opens up and is delightful day and night.

Our Home Comes with Many Extras so you can pack your clothes and we take care of of the rest!

Private Pool in our backyard, with comfy couches to lounge around or have a cocktail.

6 Seater Electric/Road legal golf cart( please plug in nightly and do not travel more than 12 miles on a nightly charge)

Beach Service Including 2 beach Chairs and 1 Umbrella set up daily by an attendant 9am-5pm

Additional Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Beach Towels, boogie boards and more!

One of our favorite things to do as a family is have a beach bonfire. It's a $350.00-$800.00 additional fee from companies. So we are now providing a fire pit to our guests, also have skewers for hotdogs or S'mores. The only thing needed, which can be done online is getting a beach bon fire permit. We try and stock our home with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent Shampoo & Conditioner, soap & coffee to get you started.

The home also has a blow dryer in each bathroom & steamer and iron for clothing.

We are a family of 7 with the littlest being an infant. Feel free to use any of our things tucked away in closets such as our baby gate, bumbo, Chicco high chair( attaches to the table), car seat, pack n' play, board games, toys and legos.
