Et il n’ya pas de meilleur emplacement pour profiter du magnifique sable blanc de la Floride que dans la magnifique, paisible et isolĂ©e subdivision de Sunrise Beach Ă  Santa Rosa Beach, en Floride.

Plus important encore, Rainbow Fish est situé à moins de 100 pas de la plage! De plus, Rainbow Fish possÚde une belle piscine grande et privée. Votre journée au paradis est déjà terminée!

À l'intĂ©rieur, nous avons considĂ©rablement rĂ©novĂ© le poisson arc-en-ciel:

La maison - Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur - a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© peinte avec des couleurs vives; La maison a de nouveaux superbes planchers de bois franc; et la cuisine a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement refaite avec un nouveau comptoir, des armoires, des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et le Frozen Concoction Maker Margaritaville, le tout prĂȘt pour votre plaisir. Pour ceux qui aiment le cafĂ©, il y a un Keurig et une cafetiĂšre standard dans la cuisine.

Le premier étage comprend un salon spacieux avec une nouvelle télévision LG 55 pouces et un canapé-lit, une salle à manger, une cuisine et une demi-salle de bains. Le deuxiÚme étage a trois chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre principale a un lit king size; la deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen size; et la troisiÚme chambre a des lits superposés et un canapé-lit. Reliant la chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre à coucher est un beau porche: l'endroit idéal pour commencer votre journée avec une tasse de café ou lire un livre et vous détendre pendant la journée.

Excellent family home

We loved so many things about the vacation! The beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of the home is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this home for comfort and convenience. The management company was excellent and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We loved so many things about this house
pool, hot tub, space for two teens and 10 year old and two adults. Our favorite thing was easy access to beach and chairs/umbrellas set up daily on the beach. Made it so easy to pop down to the beach at any time without having to lug everything. Would easily stay again!

Great spot

Visiting our family who lives in Santa Rosa beach. It was gorgeous location and development Everyone we met were extremely nice and very friendly. We felt like we were in our own home and u can’t ask for anything more than that when vacationing. We were so comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation And oh yes the beach is close and so gorgeous.

Not as depicted and totally downhill from a few years back.

The house was dirty. The add on room does not have an air vent and got so hot and the windows dont seal so you hear everything - also broken blinds so no darkness in the morning. The hot tub (why?) takes up the ENTIRE area you could lay out by the pool. The only option is in the unkept pinestraw and mulch to put the pool chairs on (a couple of which are broken) . Hot tub is falling apart on the side - foam inner coming out. Fence fell down when we were there leaving our dogs a huge escape. Pool deck is so nasty needs pressure washing for years. Smoke alarms beeped and had to be taken down (one was hanging from the ceiling when we arrived already someone had to do that). Disposal constantly backing up even with just water. We went 4 years ago before this house sold, it was so different. Huge disappointment and we all thought this house was generally kind of nasty and falling apart.

Very Comfortable

Great 12day stopover from CT to AZ with our 2 dogs. Comfortable house, great access to beach for beautiful sunrise/sunsets and Long Beach walks though dogs couldn’t go on it. Great location for local restaurants.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and it was within walking distance to several restaurants. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for my family. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Fall Break

Great location, walking distance to all amenities and located right across from private beach access. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub at the house were great, the kids loved it. The grill and outdoor space were good for a few cookouts and family dinner time. The sleeping areas in the house were great, and perfect for a family of 5. The downstairs floors are in need of a refresh, so they felt a bit unclean on bare feet. The air vents could also use a good cleaning as they were visibly dirty. Overall, it was a great house and with a couple minor fixes this would be a go to house in a perfect neighborhood for our family.

Great location!

This was our first time in the area and we really enjoyed our stay. There were two of us and our two dogs. Location was great! Super short walk to the beach and also convenient to restaurants. Fenced backyard was perfect. We thought there was an issue with the hot tub, so we reached out to the property manager. They were very response and we realized it was user error. :-) Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Nice location

Very nice location, steps from the beach and a block from Shunk and Gulf Place. House was clean and had what we needed. Property management took care of some minor things, owner attentive. Will be excellent once the rest of the updates are complete.

Location, location, location!

This is a great little house just steps from the beach, and a 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. We had no need for a golf cart here! The house has some updates, and some original/dated features; but none which impacted our stay. The private pool was a big bonus. We had a ball and would happily rent this house again!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at La Bella Vita! The gated neighborhood is in a perfect location, with private beach access and restaurants/shopping both in short walking distance. The beach chairs and wagon were awesome! The house and furnishings were clean, comfortable and attractive. The exterior could probably use a bit more attention on cleaning days (the outdoor tables were pretty gross and needed a good wipe down), but I'm sure the elements make it difficult to keep it pristine. Overall, it was a great rental. Highly recommend!

Spring Break at Rainbow Fish

Four adults (56-79) plus 3 teenage girls. The house functioned well for all of us.Large Pool was heated enough that it was very comfortable. Teenagers loved the hot tub. The front porch and 2nd story porch were well furnished and wel loved sitting out there day and night. Only caveat; stairs were the winding, corner kind. Older adults had to traverse them carefully. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our stay in Rainbow Fish.

Rainbow Fish

We stayed during February, (off-season). House as advertised, clean, comfortable, and all the kitchen utensils you'll need. For us a bonus, kitchen had both a drip coffee maker and Kurig. Yard was completely fenced in which was great for our dog. Seemed like a quite gated community. Beach access is literally a stone's throw away! House had beach toys and chairs for use. Also, many tasty restaurants within short walking distance. We travel around quite a bit but if we ever comeback to Santa Rosa Beach (Destin), this would be our first choice for accommodations. There is also a local Publix grocery store a short drive away.

Post Summer Last Beach Trip

We recently stayed at Bella Vita and wanted to share our experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The house was as advertised, which we appreciated. However, the property does need some attention. The flooring could definitely use replacement, and the appliances are showing their age. Upon arrival, we found the backyard in disarray due to a recent storm, with leaves and branches in the pool that weren't cleaned prior to our check-in. This was a bit disappointing, as it affected our ability to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside, we noticed some moisture issues in the upstairs bathroom, with mildew forming around the door seal. Additionally, the flowerbeds and landscaping need a lot of TLC, which detracted from the overall appeal. On a positive note, the spacious layout and comfortable furnishings made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a nice touch, although the side panel is coming off and could use some maintenance. Overall, while the property has potential and we enjoyed our stay, we hope the owners can invest some time and resources to address these issues for future guests.

Excellent Location - Great for Families

We really enjoyed our time at Rainbow Fish. There were 7 of us total (4 adults and 3 children under 10) and there was plenty of room. Excellent location - super close to the beach so that we could go back and forth throughout the day. The pool was the perfect size and a great alternative to the beach as well. The owner had a variety of pool/beach toys and supplies. Very close to local restaurants and shops. Check in was a breeze and we had no major issues. The only drawback is that the house needs a little TLC. Everything was very clean, but it needs some updates such as a fresh coat of paint on all walls. Also, the sleeper bed in the kids' room was very uncomfortable - nothing but springs. Our son slept on the couch instead. It's still an excellent place to stay and we hope to be back!
