Ask the host about a $25 discount on your stay!

Your group will sink into a large spacious King Bed with microfiber cooling linens that glides smoothly over skin and our removable pillowy headboards are soft to the touch. Your entire group will enjoy our hotel-level quality beds and linens, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This home is north centrally located and right off of i45 Freeway N. near the i610 inner-loop, making it a very short drive to Downtown Houston.

3 King Beds are provided for you and your whole group to relax in while in Houston! The house has all the basic necessities you need for living and some entertainment. You can connect to the WiFi very easily by scanning the QR Code on the TV stand!

You will have full access to the house using a simple 4 digit passcode to the smart lock, usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. The WiFi is very easy to connect to as you will only have to scan the QR Code on the TV stand to connect to the internet.
The backyard has a storage shed which is locked for house keeping purposes.

We live in the Houston area and will give you your space, but we can be at the property if something is needed.

The neighborhood is a peaceful hub near a lot of the action that happens downtown. All of the neighbors are very friendly!

The house has space for 4 cars and there is additional street parking on Madie Drive which is just 1 house down to the right. The streets are a bit narrow for cars to park on it, but Marie Drive has no houses on one side so guests can park there.

The fire extinguisher is in the bottom right most cabinet of the sink island.
The bean bags for corn hole are with the games under the tv stand.
You must turn on the sound bar to watch tv.
— Do Not Park In Or Block The Neighbor’s Driveway. Even Temporarily. Please Only Use The Driveway.
- No parking in the street in front of the house.
- QUIET HOURS: 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise levels down to be respectful of our neighbors.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Unauthorized Parties will be charged a $500 fee.
- No loud music.
- Be respectful of neighbors.
- Do not cover the front door Ring Camera.
- No smoking inside. $250 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
-Lost TV remotes are a $49 fine.
-Pets are $95.

Early check ins and Late check outs are both $49, depending on whether there are other guests checking in/out that day as well as our cleaning team’s schedule, and are not guaranteed. Please try to discuss this in advance; we will try to be as accommodating as possible!
Extra non accounted for Guests past 7 people are $50 per person per day.

All about my mom

From the time of booking until departure the host was amazing! The house was very clean and spacious with great decor. It was my moms 63th birthday so I had a chef come in and prepare a special dinner for her. Her close friends were able for find the location perfectly, and The host gave great parking details. I will definitely book another stay here. Thank you so much for playing apart in making my moms dinner memorable!

Houston stay

Location isn’t the best, but the neighborhood is quiet and the house is very cute and cozy! Shower head I feel needs to be replaced, turned a certain way and the water goes out onto the floor, wouldn’t want water damage downstairs.

Never again

Let me start with the positives.. The towels, rags and bed linens were clean and spotless! But that’s it on the positives! There was old dog poop in the back yard, walls were dirty The house smelled. I communicated all my concerns to the property manager initially all I got was an apology and he would talk to his cleaning staff. Upon further investigation I found out that the property manager allowed people to stay in the house before we checked in the same day and didn’t give the cleaning staff adequate time to clean. My family and I felt like an after thought. The only resolution I was offered was to refund the cleaning fee. Which only amounted to 100 bucks on a 1000 dollar stay. I am highly upset and annoyed by this. I would not recommend anybody to stay at this property I’m sure I never will.

Would not rent this location again unfortunately.

Pros: quiet neighborhood, beds were very comfortable, owner was accommodating on final day and gave us a few extra hours to check out Cons: fruit flies in upstairs bathroom/connecting bedroom and kitchen. Very low water pressure throughout the house. Questionable/ unknown splatters on restroom wall, rooms smelled dusty. Filters showed obvious signs of not having been changed. No ceiling fans and one box fan available in main bedroom. Unfortunately, for my stay the cons outweighed the pros for this location. I was hoping to have a relaxing get away instead I found myself thinking over all the issues we were having. While the owner was willing to send a maintenance man over to look at the issues I felt the things listed should have been properly handled prior to my stay. Unfortunately after this weekend I would not stay here again. Hopefully these things are taken care of for the next renter.
