Carpe Diem, Seize the day! It's time to escape the average. Vacation needs to be planned today for the sun, sand, & Gulf of Mexico.

On the first level the kitchen is stunning with quartz counters, custom cabinets with rain glass, stainless gourmet appliances, and designed for the most discriminative chef. If one refrigerator isn't enough, look in the full size laundry room off the kitchen, there is another full size refrigerator. Two dishwashers, a warming drawer, a coffee bar with drip and Keurig coffee makers. Between the bar seating for six and the two dining tables that seat twelve, meals together is not a problem for any family or special occasion. Stepping into the living room you are greeted with a view of the deck, your private four person Hot Tub, and Gulf of Mexico. Just want to hang out to watch the game, the 75" TV makes you feel like you're right on the field. A full wet bar with beverage cooler and under counter ice machine, you don't need to leave the room for a cold beverage. WOW! To complete the first level there is a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed off the east side of the dining room. The second guest bedroom on the north side of the home featuring a private bathroom, the full size laundry room with pantry, the half bath and a north work area with desk and chair. The work area has a northern view and private balcony. To finish this floor is a half bath powder room.

On the second level of the home is the owners Gulf front suite with two bathrooms. This isn't just a bedroom and two bathrooms. This area is made for comfort, relaxation, or just ahhhhh. Featuring a king adjustable bed, a lift chair with massage and heat, dining table for two, ice machine, beverage cooler, coffee maker, Private Gulf front balcony with seating. Kick back in the massage chair and watch the 65" TV. This room pampers the guest beyond belief. There is two bathrooms, which are completely different. One having a walk in shower with built in seat, custom shower heads, walk in closet, and bidet. The other bathroom is a large jetted tub, crystal chandelier, and chair to sit to do your hair and make up.

On the north side of the second floor the two guest bedrooms one featuring a king bed, the other with a queen bed, both with their own private bathrooms. A full size stack washer and dryer is in the hallway to use while on this level.

The third floor is perfect for the children. Two queen beds, one double bed, and two large over sized love seats. There is a full size refrigerator freezer, a big screen TV, and private bathroom.

Under the home is a grilling area with a Kamado Joe grill. This home also has upgraded linens, including the coverlets for each arrival. No cross contamination as all linens are exchanged for every departure.

Both decks of the home are Gulf front with tables, chairs, chaise loungers, and a towel rack. All guests have access to the outdoor pool, shaded picnic tables, and chairs at the pool.

Fort Morgan Peninsula, has amenities like no other.  To the southside of the Peninsula, the Gulf of Mexico. To the northside Mobile Bay. There are two golf courses, Kiva Dunes and Peninsula Golf & Racquet, scenic Fort Morgan historical site, Fort Morgan Marina, where you can charter deep sea or inshore fishing trips. Take the Fort Morgan car ferry over to Dauphin Island to visit the Sea Lab, walk or bike the Jeff Friend Trail, visit the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, get your binoculars out to use on the Alabama Birding Trails, sit outside at Tacky Jacks Seafood restaurant for a snack, meal, or drink. Stop by the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill for some local Navy Cove oysters or one of their specialty drinks.
