Loved the house overall and had a great time with our family! The view from the upstairs bedrooms is fantastic, and we saw dolphins almost every day. The beach was pristine and the sunsets while walking toward Ft. Morgan were all one could hope for on a beach vacation. Host was kind and had great communication. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has plenty of space for everyone, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and cooking. There were games and books there as well. The elevator was so nice when loading and unloading. The dunes are realy high and do block some of the ocean view but that's just nature. There were a couple of issues while we were there. The wifi was knocked out during a storm but the manager got it restored quickly. The master bedroom is considerably warmer than the other rooms, maintenance came out and did something with the duct work but it didn't make a difference. The jacuzzi in the master bath didn't work, a work order was placed but it wasn't resolved while we were there. These issues weren't a huge deal just a minor bump in the road. However, you can tell the cleaning services rushes through, this home is in need of a deep clean and general maintenance.

Good price for so much space and an elevator. Loved having tvs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the closet with beach toys. People with mobility issues need to know that getting to the beach is difficult due to the unpaved walk on very soft sand. You will need a special wheelchair with sand tires. The pool was out of service during our stay. We were allowed to use the neighboring pool but there was a walk to get there, again, a problem for people with mobility issues. These issues impacted our ability to safely enjoy the property. However, highly recommended for those who don’t have issues. Finally, the property has some deferred maintenance such as water stained ceilings, missing post caps, and dirty doors in high touch areas. Even so, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Good peaceful location, but the house was lacking.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is perfect for the beach, and the views are absolutely incredible! Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the house really took away from the experience.When we arrived, the kitchen countertops were dirty and needed to be cleaned before we could use them, and the floors were also very dirty. The house is in pretty rough shape overall and definitely needs some updates and maintenance.The upstairs AC, especially in the master bedroom, did not cool properly. We notified the property about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done during our stay. The mattresses were also extremely uncomfortable — honestly, they felt like sleeping on rocks.I really wanted to love this place because the location and views are hard to beat. With some thorough cleaning, updated furniture and mattresses, AC repairs, and some general updates to the home, I think this could be a really great beach house.Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t be able to recommend staying here in its current condition.

Our HVAC company inspected the units and confirmed they were operating properly, but we will continue to monitor them to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Enjoyed our family stay

Had a wonderful time at the beachfront property. Easy access to beach and pool. Great layout of home with fantastic views of the Gulf, especially the two upper level bedrooms. Would gladly return again and hopefully will in the near future.

Will be back!

Great location for someone who is familiar with Fort Morgan. Once you get there you don’t want to leave! Internet was very spotty but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time with our extended family. House was very adequate for our 14 people as three teens slept in the Couches. Proximity to the beach terrific. Minor issues with the house were resolved.

October Beach

We love going to the beach in October. This house was perfect for us. It’s right on the beach and is well equipped. It even has an elevator which is a must for our family. We loved staying there. As a point of caution the outside stairs and deck may need to be replaced soon; however, that did not detract from the overall experience at this beautiful home. We loved our time there and would stay there again.
