Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce
Great central location, but don't expect a resort
This is a good location, centrally located in the valley, with easy access to the main highways you'll need to around Phoenix. Don't expect the suburbs; the neighborhood is older and fairly dense. I don't think I'd walk around at night, but it seems safe during the day.
We were impressed with the array of kitchen dishes, cookware, utensils, and appliances. Everything is full-sized and in good working order. It's one of the best units I've stayed in with regard to the kitchen.
The owner mentioned the need to be vigilant when leaving the driveway, because there's no stop sign where there ought to be one; cars will come quickly around the corner, and you need to be aware of the possibility. We found it was better to back into the driveway, so we could see traffic when leaving.
The wifi was very quick and the three TVs had a broad array of entertainment.
The one bathroom was large and the shower had plenty of hot water. The toilet has a tendency to clog, so act accordingly.
The balcony has a great view of the mountains, and the sunrise can be seen off to the right. There may be some structural issues with the balcony, so I wouldn't want very heavy people crowding out there.
We would stay in this unit again.
