Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You'll have the entire top floor of this home with a private entrance. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with a dedicated workspace! Feels like home! Close to USU and Logan Canyon. Parking for 2 cars. Please be aware that there are two units in the basement with separate entrances. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels, but advise to book a different location if you need a full house.
The Space:
You'll have a private entrance to the entire upper floor of this newly remodeled home. Enjoy 2 dedicated parking spots, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, fast wifi, and an outdoor space is available for any guests to enjoy! You may bump into the basement guests in the backyard :) Our only ask is that you keep noise to a reasonable level so all guests may have the best stay possible!
Guest Access:
Dedicated parking space for up to 2 vehicles on the property. The front door is the entrance for this unit. The other units are in the basement.
The Neighborhood:
The Island Market is within walking distance and is a small corner market with a lot of history in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Less than 5 minutes to USU campus and Logan canyon. There are two units in the basement and they could have guests in them as well.
