Victoria View

The property was in a perfect location for walking around downtown Victoria and the Harbor. The view from the room of the harbor was spectacular. Accommodations would be much better if the condo was air conditioned. Our stay was when the weather was 25+ degrees.

Wonderful Stay!

The views from this condo are amazing! It is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. It is walking distance to all the downtown sites and the underground parking is very convenient. Check in was easy and customer service touched base to make sure we had everything we needed!

An “Almost” - Great Location But Worn In

The location and view of this home is amazing. Steps to Chinatown, Government, the water, restaurants and shopping - everything you want and more. The check in process was very difficult. Our intercom code did not work. Called the property manager who gave us an alternative code which also did not work. The property manager said they could come but it would take them some time to get there. Eventually, another resident of the building let us in. The unit is very difficult to find. It is on the 4th floor. We entered the elevator to discover that there was no button for the 4th floor. Only 1,2,3,5. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor and found a stairwell. We had to ask a resident how to get to our wing. Lots of stairs. Portions of the building and the secondary elevator (which is the more natural path to the suite) are under repair. Parking is also tricky. The parkade is VERY tight. We drive a RAV4. I would not drive anything larger than this into the parkade. There is no street parking infront of the building. To gain access to the suite you have to park down the street, go up to the unit to get the fob, go back and get your car and then you can get access to the parkade. The unit itself felt quite tired. Lots of dark hair in the bathroom. Needs a deep proper clean. Second bedroom did not have a duvet cover. Half stocked kitchen. We didn’t spend any time in the unit, only slept -so it was sufficient. Loads of potential but could definitely use a refresh and TLC.
