This isn't my definition of luxury

This is a nice place to stay. It does not fit my idea of "LUXURY!" Five of us spent 10 nights and were quite comfortable. However the listing promises more than is delivered. Two examples: "The backyard/garden design is breath taken" near the bottom in About the host. The front and back yards are full of untended weeds. It's pleasant enough to sit on the patio under an enormous tree, but the yard itself is far from inviting. "Gym on site" usually means a weight machine and treadmill at a minimum. Here it consists of an exercise ball and a yoga mat. I mentioned these and other discrepancies to the host, and some but not all were changed. So you can stay here and have a pleasant experience, but don't expect high end amenities. Added note: do not download the August App if recommended in your reservation confirmation. We never used the App since there's a keypad that provides reliable entry.

Great rental

We enjoyed this home immensely. It is spacious, clean, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely with granite counter tops and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The beds are excellent and all linens are very good quality. The hosts are awesome. Their response to issues was immediate and always resulted in satisfactory outcomes. We would recommend this home without reservation. Neil & BJ

Worth the Money

Pros: family friendly, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood. Grandkids had fun. Cons: pillows kinda flat and basic blankets stuffed into duvet covers. Had a strange odor upon entering, we got used to it. Backyard had camping chairs and unkempt landscaping so we had to closely watch kids to not trip over things or go near cactus. Microwave did not work and had issues with tv working no instructions on logging in to channels. Overall it’s worth the money.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is a custom-built home from the 80s in a prime location. The beauty of the location is you can access it from major highways easily, such as coming from 1604 through Lockhill Selma: about 3-4 minutes. Another second major access is from highway I10 using De Zavala Road. In the last few years with the city expansion towards Boerne, this place has become a hot spot for investors. Only a few minutes driving from 3 major shopping centers and many of the best family entertainment places in the city! Also surrounded by many major retail stores such as Costco, Sam's Club, etc... I've fully renovated the house but kept the original classic design of it. The living room stands out the most with its high ceiling wooden beams and its beautiful fireplace. This place is truly functional overall! The color scheme of the granite countertops with the white cabinets and light grey walls are a favorite. The electric stove is located on the island with an overhead hood range vent. A beautiful breakfast nook that seats 4 with 2 large windows to experience natural daylight. A perfect place to start your day off with a cup of coffee. A perfect size master bedroom includes a full set restroom and 2 walk in closets. 2 additional bedrooms with a decent layout and a full-size restroom. Along with the closet space in the rooms there is an additional closet out in the hallway. Enjoy the 9,000 square foot lot!

It has a very quiet and at a convenient location. A peaceful welcoming neighborhood. The interior design is very functional and friendly to all ages, whether it be infants or the elderly. It's a great place for long term stays. The backyard/garden design is breath taken. private driveway in addition to attached two-car garage. Location Location Location...The breakfast room w/round table and bid windows for natural light while having your drinking & looking at the garden... you deserve to start your day in a positive mode. come check it out.
