Maison adorable dans un endroit idéal.

Adorable, calme et charmante maison de trois chambres dans la zone du centre médical. Notre maison est accessible à l'autoroute principale (I-10, boucle 1604 et 410). Il se trouve à 20 minutes de Sea World, de Fiesta Texas, de la base aérienne Lack Land et de La Cantera et du centre-ville (The Alamo). L'hÎpital majeur comme Methodist, VA, Christus Santa Rosa et University Hospital est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Randolph Air Force Base et le centre médical militaire de San Antonio sont à 30 minutes. Le dépÎt du systÚme de bus VIA se trouve à moins d'un mille de la maison.

Notre belle maison est une maison à deux étages avec un plan ouvert avec une cuisine agréable, une salle à manger, un salon et une grande salle familiale. Il est situé dans un petit quartier paisible. Toutes les chambres sont au deuxiÚme étage avec 2. 5 salles de bain. L'arriÚre-cour a couvert un patio et des arbres mûrs.

Great home!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with young kids. It was clean, well stocked, and plenty of space, and nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and blinds helped us have a good night’s rest. There were some extras that made it convenient traveling with our little one - gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, the pack and play, and some fun things for the kids. We also appreciated how nice and cool the house was during this hotter time of year. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Better than advertised

Amazing level of detail, Jose was very responsive and friendly. Home had many amenities and things to do for anyone, especially for families. Beds were comfy and home very clean. Great location to get around! Would highly recommend.

Stayed here Labor Day weekend with the kids. They enjoyed the home very much . The house was very clean upon arrival and all the towels and sheets smelled so fresh and crispy clean... we enjoyed our stay here and would reccomend it 💯. Thank you for sharing your home ..

Quiet, everything you need.

Neighborhood is a couple blocks off main roads. Very quiet and close to everything you need. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and had everything you need for the family to have a nice time. Back patio/yard is private and a great place to sit and relax. We had no issues and enjoyed the stay. Host is an excellent communicator.

Family Gathering

This property was perfect for us. We had a family member having surgery and wanted to be close to the hospital. The home had everything you needed to be comfortable and offered extra consciences that most places don’t. (I.e. High quality paper products and k-cups). We would rent here again.

Family wedding

Our family (our daughter and spouses) stayed here to attend our nieces wedding. We were very comfortable. There was a child size table and toys perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. This house was close to the wedding venue, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay in the Medical Center

This is our third time staying at this property. As before, the property is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the experience is easy. From the very well-appointed kitchen to the upstairs game area, there was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 6. If there's one thing that would make the stay even more comfortable, it would be adding a few extra blankets to be able to warm up on the downstairs sofas.

Clean, comfortable, and hassle-free

The property was just as described. Very clean and everything that was needed was easily accessible. Communication with Jose was excellent. Greatly appreciated being able to utilize the garage. This was very convenient as the temps were above 104 each day. Will definitely look into this property’s availability the next time I travel to San Antonio.

Neighborhood & location wasn’t all that great, house was ok except for those white, stick & very uncomfortable couches downstairs please get rid of them & get some comfy ones with some fluffy pillows & throw blankets.

Very Happy

Frankirk sent me all the information I needed even before I left my town so I did not have to worry about receiving information just days before. They sent me clear instructions on what to expect and of the appliances in the house. While we were at the property, any questions we had were answered right away they responded to me no matter the time of day.Their service was wonderful We would not hesitate to rent from them again. The property is beautiful and very close to a lot of stores, Mall, restaurants. We were happy to stay there:)

Outstanding Property

Love this place, if / when I come back, definitely will re-book. A very lovely property, with a sweet little back yard to enjoy your morning coffee before others wake up, super location for everything we needed to do. Helped my daughter look for apartments for upcoming UTSA semester. Jose was super responsive, great instruction booklet, house was actually way more than we needed, but it was so lovely, I'm glad we came here. Kitchen was a really nice set up, he has both the kurig & drip coffee - perfect for us, as we had two different preferences in the house. It was only 3 of us, and it was super roomy. I HIGHLY recommend this place, the host is FANTASTIC & keeps this place in great shape. Nicely decorated, but not cluttered, it really felt like home away home right after the house keeper visited! We got to use the garage too! Perfect!

It was exactly how pictures stated. Well appointed kirchen, the spices amd wine opener was a great touch. The beds were super comfortable, extra bedding if needed. The towels were soft. Suggestion, maybe have a list of different types of restaurants, and distance ftom house and any commemts if you have ever eaten there. Very clean, easy check in and check out. Definitely would stay again.

The house was very nice and clean, and the host responded back very fast when i messaged them. They left all kinds of extra stuff for us to use while we were their, that i felt was very thoughtful of them. Great Home.

Weekend stay with the family was a great experience. Clean. And enough bathrooms to get in and out. 15 minute dirve from fiesta texas made it a great location too.

Jose’s place was more than expected. Exactly as described plus all the amenities. I love the thoughtfulness of having the little extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, utensils, coffee, creamer man all of the above. This is one of the best VRBO stays Ives had. Conveniently located and felt very safe. Thank you Jose! Would book again in a heartbeat!
