This cozy apartment is conveniently located just steps away from the beach! You won't have to waste time searching for parking to unwind by the beach, as it's within walking distance! With the Ocean Casino in your backyard, the possibilities for dining, entertainment, and family enjoyment are endless! The interior is fully equipped with necessary amenities, so you won't have to burden yourself with heavy packing! Not only is there a smart TV in the living room, but also in each bedroom.

The Space:
Located on a beach block, at the very tip of Atlantic City, our property offers exclusive access to one of the most tranquil sections of the AC beaches. Despite this seclusion, we are conveniently situated near the boardwalk, providing easy access to popular attractions, casinos, and restaurants. Surrounding our location is open land, giving you the feeling of having your own private area of the beach and inlet. (Also a nice place for sunsets & sunrises!)

The Ocean Casino is the first thing you hit when you enter onto the boardwalk from our street, and all other confection shops and amusement await you as you stroll down towards the iconic Ferris Wheel. The home is equipped with high speed wifi and smart TV's for your enjoyment!

The Neighborhood:
We are in the shadow of the Ocean Resort and Casino on the ideal boardwalk beach block, minutes from other major hotels and casinos. The neighborhood is defined by the famous Tony Baloney's pizza shop - just around the corner from our house. Down the street is the Food Deli for all of your household needs, as well as quick delicious sandwiches.

We also recommend Hot Bagels and More for breakfast on your morning stroll to the beach or the Absecon Lighthouse, all just a few blocks away. A little further out you can hit the Little Water Distillery or AC Aquarium for a nice afternoon around the bayside of the inlet.

Getting Around:
You'll be able to park for free in the lot next to our house, and parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) right down the block, which will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!

THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:
Bed linens
Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo + conditioner & body wash
Toilet paper
Hand soap & dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.

Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.

**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.

HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 6 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.

SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.

PET POLICY:
We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.

CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.

CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.

Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature is needed so you assure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding.

Interaction with Guests:
I live off-site, but am available via text/call/airbnb messenger 24/7. I have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner.
