Good Place for the Price

Plenty of beds for all the adults that stayed! Neighborhood felt a lil sketchy but we were unbothered and fine our stay. I like that they have an alarm system! Gave an extra sense of security. Good size home! Clean! Beds were comfy for a rental! My only “complaint” was that we didn’t get our check in information until an hr before check in. I’m used to getting it days prior. Therefore I was nervous we were potentially being scammed. Thankfully we were not and that is just the host’s preference. All worked out in the end. You may just want to keep in mind that check in info comes just prior to check in.

Sonya answered questions promptly, place was clean, keypad locks made access safe and convenient. Beds were comfortable.

For the price and to many rules I specting nice a beautiful place but all my family fill like rip off Smell so bad Town is not for a family actually looks like Geto AC to noise

AC

The stay was good all the way up to right before we left. Our experience was slightly dampened by coming into contact with some large cockroaches on the night before we left. If this had happened on night one we probably would have left but we had an early flight anyways. I told the host this and I hope to believe they will have pest control come in. The listing is accurate and all of the beds/ pullouts were in their spots. Overall the stay was fine and the communication with the host was great when issues did arise.

AC Weekend

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Ideal location if you want to stay in AC and our host was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for a stay in AC.

Quick walk to the Boardwalk

Nice place, just a short walk from the boardwalk and casinos. The host was great at staying in communication, quick to respond to messages and check in. The home was very clean and had ample space.

Great Overnight Stay

The property was exactly as described. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were well decorated. The property is 5 minutes away from Borgota and MGM. The house was very clean and towels, shampoo, soap etc. was all included. Knob on tub/shower was a bit loose but the bathroom was pretty nice even including a specific makeup towel. I would come again.

Very Nice

It was 8 of us. They house was very clean & cozy. There was other reviews about the neighborhood but the neighborhood wasn't bad at all. Very very close to the beach. I would definitely book this house again.

Atlantic City Family Trip-honest review

When we arrived I did love how the house was in close proximity to the beach and main attractions. However, for the price we paid ($700) for one night the location was not good. There was police activity about an hour after we arrived. The surrounding blocks did not feel safe. I felt nervous about parking my car outside. The listing size mention parking in the garage. The decor in the house was really nice! The amount of air conditions and pots and pans was good. BUT there was a weird smell in the house. Everyone pointed it out. I’m not sure what it was but they could have done better with that. The internet connection was an issue to so my family was unable to enjoy watching tv. The TVs in the main room were so little it was hard to view. The volume didn’t work on a few of the remotes. We travelled with toddlers and family. I asked for an early check in which I was not granted. Check in isn’t until 4 pm and we went to a few different water parks to kill time. I think accommodations would have been a plus. Overall Sonya responds quickly and the checking and out process was really easy.

It’s tiny place. Row house in ghetto. Floors are all angled. Bathroom is remodeled but terribly. Window a/c’s can’t keep cool above 80 degrees outside. Flys and gnats in house. TVs didn’t work. Slow internet. Doors need special instructions to operate because they don’t function properly (there’s a reason they have a security door on house). If you could get address of places beforehand, you can look up area but now we see y there’s no exterior pics.

Basketball Tournament

We weren’t bothered by location because it was very quiet and neighbors were nice. Coffee pot did not work and property manager did not answer us. Wawa was only a mile away, lucky us. Kitchen had mostly everything but I forgot salt and pepper and there was none. With all that being said we had a great time.

Great host and location

The property was clean, in an amazing location, and less than 10 mins from the boardwalk and hotels/casinos. My friends and I really enjoyed it and it was very affordable. I would stay here again.
