Amenities of Sunflower Ct. include a spacious Family Room, Open Kitchen with Granite Counters/Stainless Steel Appliances, Custom Dining Nook, Heated Pool and Spa, Covered Lanai, Expansive Pool Deck, Private Yard, BBQ, and Fish Cleaning Station.

Sunflower Ct. is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful single family homes.

As you enter Sunflower Ct., you'll be captivated by the unobstructed wide-water views that anchor this property.
Panoramic glass spans the entire rear of the home ensuring that you'll never miss a morning sunrise or the afterglow of an evening sunset.

This home enjoys an open-concept floor plan and is built for entertaining. Open the large, sliding doors in the family room to join the interior with the covered lanai and enjoy the Florida Lifestyle at its best. You'll have plenty of room for everyone in the spacious family room which has a large and comfortable sectional, vaulted ceilings and Smart TV.

Adjoining the main living area you'll find that the expansive kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals in Paradise for your family and friends. The kitchen is anchored by a large kitchen table and custom benches which overlook the pool and water.

Great home, beautiful water view, resort-style backyard!

My husband and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks and had friends and family visit over two different weekends. We loved it!! The house is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is VERY well equipped, and the entire place was super clean. The outdoor space is amazing, great privacy with the tall landscaping on either side, and the view is gorgeous. Everything is exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures, and even better with the brand new spa and pier/dock. Allison has to be the best property manager on the island - professional, great communication and very responsive to questions and needs. A few suggestions if I may - better lighting in the kitchen and living room (particularly for nighttime use), the kitchen banquette cushions could benefit from a spot cleaning, and a little paint touch up would go a long way :) Otherwise, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and working with Allison was a very pleasant experience!

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and very clean home. The communication with the property manager Allison was exceptional and she was so responsive any time I had a question. The pictures don’t do it justice. The outdoor space is amazing and we just loved using the hot tub after long days out doing activities. The beds were so soft and comfy and so was the couch! The kitchen is very well appointed and they provided generous amounts of stater supplies. My favorite spot was the huge window seat in the kitchen where I would have my tea and read every morning. It was in a great location close to all the shopping, beach and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again on a return visit!

Great house

The house was great. There was plenty of room and the house is stocked with essentials. We loved riding the bikes provided and fishing off the dock. We were close to the beaches too. The pool was very nice. We didn’t use the hot tub because it was hot out but it was an nice option. I would give it 5 stars but one of the reasons we chose the house was to go paddle boarding/kayaking off the dock and the only ladder was difficult to use due to the crustation build up on it. There was no easy way to get the boards or ourselves in or out of the water. If you do try, definitely wear water shoes. We had a few little things happen during our stay and Allison got back to us and took care of things right away. There’s 3 bedrooms in the house and then a separate bedroom/bathroom off of the pool. Our colleged-aged son loved having his own space. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay on Marco Island.

Wonderful spot for a family

We had so much fun at the house. Perfect for a family of 5. The kids loved the pool. The outdoor space is enormous and the view is spectacular. We loved it!

Fantastic Stay

The house was fantastic. Very clean and had everything we needed supplied. We enjoyed the backyard every day - from the pool to paddleboarding and fishing off the dock. It was centrally located and close to everything. Allison was a wonderful host - responsive immediately and went above and beyond in many ways. She gave us great advice on everything Marco has to offer including food and tours / things to do. Would definitely stay again!
