You're also conveniently located within easy walking distance from Marco Island's six-mile sandy crescent beach and an array of dining options.

Beautifully appointed, the open interior wows with high, vaulted ceilings, tile and bamboo hardwood flooring, plus oversized windows that fill each room with natural light. Concoct a tropical beverage at the impressive bar, then savor your masterpiece on the barstools or stretch out on a leather sofa or armchair in the great room, complete with an 85-inch 4K TV and soundbar. Fit for a chef, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances, a breakfast bar, and a kitchen table. There is a six-plug USB charging system on the desk in the kitchen. Toast to memorable vacation meals at the elegant dining room table.

Take in water views from the primary bedroom, with a 52-inch TV and a spa-like en suite bathroom, including a five-piece jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. Bonus: sliding glass doors offer direct access to the lanai. One guest bedroom also has direct lanai access, while another includes a Murphy bed, a desk, and a USB charger on the reading lamp. There are QI wireless chargers in three bedrooms, and the two poolside bedrooms have additional charging outlets. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, games, and toys.

Overlooking the canal, the dreamy lanai is built for entertaining with a covered alfresco dining area with seating for eight, a 50-inch TV, a fire pit, and a gas grill. The pool deck has a table, an adjacent conversation seating area, Adirondack chairs, and chaise lounges on the dock. The pool deck includes a two-seat kayak available for guest use. Don't forget to bring the beach wagon along to transport your picnic.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras on-site: a Ring Doorbell system, cameras above the garage, and cameras facing the dock out back.

Dock details: Guest are allowed to use the dock to store a boat, but must provide their own ties and bumpers. The boat lift is not operational.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
