As a woman traveling alone, this stay was a great fit for me. The neighborhood, tucked in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown, felt very safe.
The first time checking in was a little complicated but it could be because it was late, dark and I was tired. I searched for quite a while for that little lockbox! Once I followed the steps I found it easy to get in each time after that. I appreciated that there was one locked outer gate and my unit was way in the back so it felt very secure.
Parking was odd, there’s space on the lawn for each unit. I parked there overnight as free street parking is available only in the daytime.
I didn’t have neighbors the first night, but the second night I did and the walls are pretty thin…but I’m used to that so not a big deal.
The unit itself was clean, and I slept well in the bed. The tea and coffee was a nice touch. The only negative is that the shower could use more attention.
Overall, would recommend this as a convenient, quiet, safe reprieve from the busy city!
