From the moment you arrive, the outdoor living areas beckon a charming hardwood Tiki sitting area towering over the spa that leads past a double-headed outdoor rainfall shower, waterfall, and sculptures towards the barbecue entertaining portion of the screened in outdoor space. The romantic spa is gas heated and ready within minutes for your enjoyment.

Inside, entertain in the living room or by the breakfast bar, or keep up with your work-from-home routine in the two seated office den. The home’s practical amenities are matched by its magazine-worthy style. Marble stone floors and generous proportions give the rooms the stately feel of a Floridian retreat. In the living room’s sitting area, a comfortable media sofa surrounds a designer coffee table that can be used for games or snacks, while entertaining with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a center island and an adjoining high-top dining area.

The home has two bedrooms and a Murphy bed all welcoming with queen-sized beds. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
