Beautiful unit directly on the Gulf with great views of the Gulf from your balcony. Naples Continental Club is located in the Moorings neighborhood of Naples, and the property offers amenities including a heated pool and shuffleboard right on the beach, beach chaise lounges, a gym and a club room overlooking the gulf. Unit 706 has gulf views from the living room and screened balcony.
Your seventh floor condo is accessed by a common elevator to the second floor or stairs and your rental includes the use of 1 assigned parking space. With over 1200 square feet your condo is a great home away from home as it has been lovingly cared for an maintained by the owner so you can enjoy it as much as they do!
The main bedroom of the condo has a Queen Bed along with a TV. The attached en suite main bathroom has a glass enclosed shower, and an updated vanity with granite counter tops. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed and also has a en suite bathroom which comes with a shower and tub combo. This room also offers a built in desk/ work area, as well as a TV.
The kitchen of your vacation rental condo also has granite counters and well maintained and clean appliances and is very well equipped -it has a drip coffee maker as well as a keurig, a toaster, a electric kettle, a knife block and so much more! It is all ready for you to cook up a quick or an elaborate meal!
We would hope that you will be spending a lot of your time on the balcony that has some of the most spectacular views in Naples.
The Naples Continental has recently undergone a total makeover that includes a gorgeous lobby that has a 24 hour guarded front desk. The community amenities include a heated beachfront pool, shuffleboard, billiards, a fitness room, a library and multiple propane grills next to an outdoor covered pavilion. There is common laundry located on each floor of the building with no additional cost to do your laundry.
The Fine Print:
The property owners follow all CDC guidelines for the cleaning of this property and the property is completely cleaned in between each and every reservation.
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval as well as all tenants are to perform their own background checks to provide to the management company. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. The owners will contact you after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Occupancy for this two bedroom condo is 6 including babies. No boats, motorhomes, commercial vehicles or larger then pick up trucks may be parked overnight. Motorcycles and personal pickup trucks are allowed.
There is a $100 HOA application fee paid in addition to this booking. Prices subject to change and must be verified prior to applying to the HOA.
This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
Sorry no pets per HOA rules and this community has a 30 day minimum days per lease, no exceptions.
