While staying on" Dolphin" (name of the houseboat) I want you to enjoy your stay on the water in Causeway Cove Marina! I want you to enjoy the beautiful Indian River lagoon and all the wildlife you may encounter. I want you to thoroughly enjoy your experience of staying on an antique houseboat, old Florida style! But I need your cooperation and understanding of how boat life works. It isn't as easy as unlocking your hotel room door. This is a destination experience, but to enjoy it all, there are some guidelines I am trusting you to adhere too while you enjoy your time on my boat. With that being said, lets dive in!
Life is better barefoot when on the boat, no shoes worn when on the boat. Everyone in your party MUST be steady on their feet/agile, the boat moves with the water. (great for sleeping!) This is why this is not a good location for children under 12 years old or pets. The decks can/will be wet in the mornings and during rain. Host nor marina are liable for any slips or falls. The bathroom and marina life: There is a bathroom with a nice large shower, but only #1 allowed on the boat, but no worries! There are very nice marina facilities a short walk from the boat (couple 100 feet). The shower on the boat requires a pump to be on while using it to discharge used water. Instructions on the boat. (full instructions on the boat. Your host is just a phone call away and can also meet and teach everyone in your party upon check in if you wish).
Even though "Dolphin" is new to hosting guests as of 2022, she has already had many guests who have all loved the experience and hope to return again. I wish the same for you and your guests!
Please note, I can not control the weather. No refunds will be given due to rain, winds, waves. It is a boat, that is half the fun! You also agree to adhere to all posted signage within the marina, such as no fishing areas, parking areas, etc.
