Absolutely loved staying here and we will be back again. The apartment was fully stocked, right across the street from the beach. Parking was easy and free.If I could give it 10 stars, I would.Thank you for and excellent stay!

May stay

Place was cozy and decorated nicely. That being said the downsides were that the bathroom shower needs to be redone, the mattress was uncomfortable and the condo was too close to the road The first 2 can be fixed but not the third.Again owner was very helpful when we asked for anything and was very accommodating to an early arrival and let us know that if we wanted to we could leave later on checkout day

Kitchen drawers were very dirty. Pots, pans and silverware was sparce - had to buy forks and large pot. TV in living room had terrible speakers. No light over dining room table. Some updating is needed. Bed was very high,

A fantastic home away from home. Great location very clean, well appointed. Gus is great communicating every thing we needed. Quiet and comfy. We'd definitely stay again .

Teacher's Easter break and quick getaway

We only had a few days to enjoy some sun and relax and this place worked great. Our goal was to enjoy some sun, the beach and good seafood. This location delivered on all three. The welcome app with information on the place and local sites was very impressive and helpful. Once we were inside, that same attention and thoughtfulness shown on all the décor and amenities. The inside of the place is nicely decorated, and while we were not there to stay inside and watch TV, quality of the TV's, channels and internet was top notch. With the location being directly across from the beach, made it very convenient for spur of the moment morning and evening beach walks. If you take a short drive, there are many other beaches to explore 5 minutes in either direction. For the restaurants and seafood within a 10 minute drive, the options are great and we never had a bad meal and never more than a 30 minute wait for a table. The place and area is great if you are looking to relax, unwind, disconnect from work's headaches, and reconnect with your partner.

Great Location

Everything was welcoming including the welcome basket and Keurig Coffee! Proximity to beach and local restaurants was great. Even had a rocket launch, which Gus shared details with us. Overall, great time and Gus was very communicative through the whole process.

What a gem

Very central to Hutchinson Island activities. About 15 minutes to Fort Pierce proper. More amenities than I expected. Would have been nice to know bed was very high (@3.5'). Medical issue cause one of us to sleep on the daybed; still VERY comfortable. Overall, a very nice host and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Neighbors were nice. Reserved parking was great.

A GREAT stay in Fort Pierce, FL

This was my first VRBO gig and I was a bit apprehensive, but Gus made it nearly perfect... Great communication, incredibly easy check-in, a wonderful property and even easier check-out made the stay pert near perfect... very nice TV (March Madness)... a well appointed kitchen (had friends over for dinner)... an extremely comfortable living area... the beach right across the street... and very close to local restaurants and night life... Gus has set the bar pretty high for future VRBO hosts...

Location was very good, close to the beach. The closest beach felt like it was almost a private beach. Communication with Gus was good too.

Near beach condo

Was pleasantly surprised by the inside of the condo after arriving and seeing the outside. Although it is across from the beach, you really don't have an ocean view. The condo inside is beautifully decorated with a beachy theme. The communication with the owner was terrific, as well as the app letting you know all the details about the condo and area.

Just what we needed

Quiet peaceful place. Very clean and comfortable. It was just as described right across the street from the beach access park. Within walking distance to the jetty also. Gus had everything covered and makes it very easy to access the apartment and everything was clear on what to do when checking out which is minimal. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Stay!

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the property and ensuring that their guests have an enjoyable stay. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, location was convenient to several restaurants. It’s in the area where electric scooters are available to rent, which was a bonus. The snack basket was a nice touch as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return given the opportunity. Gus was great owner to work with. Highly recommend.
