A coastal classic awaits at Beach Shell-A, where you'll be surrounded by comfort, sunshine, and at-home entertainment. Everything from the Caribbean-inspired decor to the outdoor entertainment area will leave no doubt that you're on vacation. Enjoy a private saltwater pool and hot tub, a grilling station, a pool cabana, expansive decking, and a well-appointed pool area with an outdoor TV, stereo, pool table, Ping-Pong table, and refrigerator.

Renovated in 2024, this charming home now features three brand new picnic tables - two on the ground floor porch and one on the third-floor porch, along with two new loungers. Other upgrades include new luxury vinyl plank flooring, new rugs and carpet throughout the home, and a fresh coat of paint on the exterior railings. Additional amenities include free high-speed WiFi, multiple TVs (including one big-screen with a DVD player), open porches, and a gas grill. This home has it all!

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house with a swimming pool! The location was unbeatable - just a few blocks away from the ocean. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely Stay Near the Beach

Spacious living room and kitchen area. Plenty of parking and perfect for our reunion. House was walking distance to the beach, which was convenient. A lot of deck space was helpful.

Nice spacious house close to beach

We chose this house b/c it could serve our family of 18. Plenty of closets and dressers. BRs were good and great to have a pool. Kitchen was ok but lacked some good larger pans. It only had 15 forks. One ice maker didnt work. No bathrooms had a hair dryer. Carpets under tables were hard to clean b/c heavy vacuum cleaner barely worked. Communication with mgt company was prompt but info was inaccurate or void of essential detail such as about day to expect trash pickup. Overall ok, but for the price, i think it could use some attention.

2023 Family Vacation

First time in many years my whole family was together for a weeks vacation. My husband and I, our 4 children & spouses and my 9 1/2 grandchildren!! The house was perfect in all aspects. Plenty of bedrooms. A living area for the adults & one for the kids. A spacious kitchen with all the gadgets, pots, pans and dishes you need. A stone’s throw from the beach. And a wonderful pool to come back to in the afternoon. Everyone said it was a perfect week!!! Thank you 😊

Great place for large groups

Things that impressed us most about the house were the kitchen, location to the beach, ample parking, plenty of room for all of us to sleep, and spend time together in the large great room. There were 20 of us and we were so impressed by the kitchen accessories: several big pots, pans and all the accessories too. The two fridges and extra one in the tiki bar made for making and storing big meals easy. The grill wasn’t clean when we got there but once we cleaned it, we put it to great use which was nice to grill meat outside. The staff was very responsive and helpful when we needed help with additional linens and questions. The pool wasn’t available since it was the winter but the hot tub and tiki bar were a treat. A pool in the summertime would be an absolute bonus!

Photos Misleading

The cleanliness was subpar and that there are several items that require repairs. It definitely is not what I expected, especially based off the picture and description. The laundry sliding door actually fell off the track and onto my wife. The photos must have been from years ago. The cleanliness or lack of was disgusting!

Old house on wooden stilts = swaying when ppl walk upstairs

The house was cute. It could be kept in better condition. Some of the boards on the deck needed replaced or would bend when you stepped on them. At night the beds would move because the house was swaying when there were people moving around upstairs. If you get motion sickness this house may not be for you. The house was clean for the most part. The inside of the fridge on the other hand was not. It was empty but not clean. I wouldn't stay in this house again but would use Vacasa and try out another house.

Room for improvement

Disappointed but there’s so much potential here. One of the bathroom sinks was full of hair trimmings and clogged. All floors needed a thorough sweeping and vacuuming- a pill was found under one of the beds. Dusting was needed as ceiling fans were coated in an obvious debris and there were cobwebs in lamp shades and corners. There has to be an issue with the AC because, by every afternoon, the upper level was consistently nearing 80 degrees. The outside pool / game area was not picked up, miscellanies items were scattered about. On a positive note; the layout and amenities were perfect for our large group. Loved having a private pool and outdoor game options.

Beautiful Home - Need better cleaning service

I will first start off by saying that this is a beautiful home with wonderful amenities, the space was perfect for my family for our April birthday celebrations. The kitchen has everything that you could think of needing - 3 coffee pots, two teapots, a Keurig and plenty of other wonderful cookware at your disposal. Now on to the 2nd part - I booked this home at the end of January for my dates and 1 hour before my arrival at 5pm (when I was told I could check-in at 4pm) I got a call saying that maintenance was being performed on the balcony and I could not check-in until 7pm. Worked it out that I would drop my bags and head out to shop until I could check-in. Got back to the house at 8pm and work was still being done on the balcony and did not conclude until 10pm. I contacted the office, and they did provide a discount for the inconvenience. I now notice that the construction materials are still taking up space in the driveway, so I contact the office again and they say it will get moved. When their maintenance team finally shows up to move the materials - my family was told that the work to the balcony is not really completed at that only six people at a time should be out on it. Terribly disappointing as I feel they had ample time to get this work done before we arrive for our stay. Their outdoor amenities are great but poorly maintained - my family took the morning of one of our stays cleaning the pool and ping pong table off so that we could enjoy it. All the toilets should be replaced as they are old and very low to the ground and have flow issues - most you need to jingle the handle to ensure the water does not run continuously. The top-level floor was not cleaned when we checked-in and they should let people know that even if the pool is closed the hot tub is cleaning and ready for use.

Perfect staycation!My wife and i wanted to start a new family tradition between her side and my side of the families. Instead of traveling, we wanted to keep it close and enjoy our beach! Beach shell-a was the perfect fit and match for exactly what we needed. The pictures are exactly what you see! Before arrival, customer service was very communicative and informative on correspondence. The day before check in, we received a call with further updates on the home. Customer service also contacted me via text after check in to make sure all was well. We made great use of the outdoor amenities although the weather wasnt much on our side. Jacuzzi and the pool table was a big hit! Kitchen is big enough to share and the open concept kept us able to interact and enjoy each other's company all weekend. The neighbors are very nice and respectful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. And those seaside market donuts were in walking distance every morning, between the house and the beach. We are definitely considering renting this facility for our next staycation! Thank you for helping us create a new family tradition for years to come!

Good for younger families

The property was very nice and the outside area was really good. The upstairs and kitchen were very large and the kitchen was well equipped. A second dishwasher would have been helpful. Our group was all senior citizens ranging in age from 68 to87. A total of 12 of us. The number of stairs to get in the house and the stairs inside were the reason I titled this good for younger families. Some of us handled the steps well and others not so well. But all in all I think the house was very nice and would be great for younger people

Best Family Vacation

This place had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, The kitchen was equipped, there was amenities for everyone. Everything was clean , the air was set upon arrival. The hot tub was running, Check-in was easy and check-out was easier. We could not have asked for a better place to spend as a family.

Spacious and quiet

This home was conveniently located, just a couple of blocks from the intersection of Sandbridge Rd. and The Market, but tucked back far enough that it was quiet and felt very private. I loved how much room there was and how there were multiple en suite bathrooms and multiple living spaces.
