Set in the Milan neighborhood of the great city of New Orleans, less than a mile from the Garden District and only two blocks from St. Charles Street Cars, this three-story, historic home is a wonderful way to experience all that the Crescent City has to offer! Guests can walk two blocks to St. Charles Avenue for the uptown Mardi Gras parades. Inside, you'll find restored vintage features including hardwood floors and exposed original brickwork alongside updated amenities and decor. Visiting chefs will love the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a wine cooler) and plenty of countertop prep space.

Meet up for formal meals in the dining area with a gorgeous table for eight, and then pick from one of two living spaces including one adjacent to the kitchen with a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And outside, take advantage of the fenced yard, or sit out on the furnished front porch or upper-level balcony and sip your mint julep while you watch the world go by.

Great location

Location was great to the street cars. House really needs a deep clean but has lots of charm. Very spacious!

It was ok

This was a cute, quirky house and there were several enjoyable parts to our stay. We loved the staircase and all the bathrooms. The closeness to the trolley and Magazine street were great. We didn't love the lack of cleanliness to the place. There was a scummy kitchen sink, dirty fridge and freezer, moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker along with junk and dirt in many of the dresser drawers. The place had great amenities and lots of charm, but the sketchy cleaning job wouldn't make me want to stay here again.

Love ke staying in a filthy run down frat house

The neighborhood was dangerous looking with A vacant building next door to the property where people loitered all day and night. This wasn't a house. This was a triplex upon entering the house was filthy and looked like a frat house That was in need of dyer repairs. The house was actually dangerous for an elderly person. Definitely not handicap accessible. I was constantly in touch with the property management regarding things that weren't working like the heat and air and getting the hot water to get hot. I'm not even sure that the owners are aware that their property is in such utter disrepair. I took many pictures and forwarded them to the property management that I was in touch with. This property boasts that there is a tram within two blocks of the property but we didn't consider it safe to walk two blocks in any direction from this property. The front gate code only worked sporadically. Thankfully we did have the clicker for the gate so we could drive in and out and feel safe. When we arrived, the front of the house had a huge pile of trash in front of it and as we pulled into the driveway, the back corner of the property was also piled with trash. Overall, this was just an absolute fiasco and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My opinion of this place isn't to bash anyone. My Hope Is that the owners of this place will be updated. But if they already knew, shame on them. I am waiting to hear back from the property mgt. company in regards to compensation.

Great home to stay close to town

The house was close to lots of restaurants and was very convenient to get to everything. Property was built in the 1800's so there were a lot of nice features architecturally. House was pretty clean and had everything we needed. Property was gated and had two parking places inside of gate which remotes were furnished for.
