Great location for a weekend trip for JazzFest. Walking distance to St. Charles, quiet neighborhood with a great breakfast/lunch place and bakery just blocks away. Unit was clean and stocked with amenities. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Door entry codes and process for entry took a few tries! Called phone # listed for Hosteeva, AI assistance, would have preferred a human but that’s just me. Would recommend this property for a stay in NO!

The location was perfect for a quieter experience. Great little neighborhood, close to public transit with lots of food options close by. Clean with comfortable beds. If you are sensitive to light when you sleep I would bring an eye pillow for the front bedrooms. There are blackout curtains but the street lamp outside shines through the split in the curtains a bit. It would be nice to have had some extra blankets since the nights were cold when we were there and a broom to sweep the tile floor. Not sure if it got missed in the cleaning or if we just brought extra love in from all of our walking. Would highly recommend! You should also know that it is managed by Hosteva and they will contact you for payment and confirmation.

Very nice place and was definitely as advertised. We went to an LSU game on Saturday and the proximity to the interstate was great. We went to a Saint's game on Sunday and we were able to walk to the Caesar Dome. Will definitely consider this rental again

Regarding the 4BR Close to St Charles Avenue:The condo was very clean throughout. Street parking was always available in front of the building and safe. The washer and dryer were a great benefit. It is an easy walk to St. Charles Ave to catch the trolley or other public transportation, restaurants, and Walgreens for basic needs. There is a coffee stand next door only open on weekends or a few others within walking distance.The back bedrooms are very noisy at night from the stairwell and neighbors walking on creaking floors. While understandable in an older building, I recommend bringing a noise machine or earplugs. There is a note not to turn the air conditioning below 70. While again understandable, the temperature was never noted to reach 70 during our stay in March.

Decent but not great
Overall stay was fine. Very roomy and accurate to pictures. Strange layout with bathrooms (two bedrooms have attached baths and the third bathroom is away from everything but neighborhood/street is undergoing gentrification so not great not terrible. We did have some dead cockroaches and live gecko incidents in the place. Also pretty sparse in terms of what the place had - no regular wine glasses, wine opener etc.
