The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well.

In the condo itself, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a light-filled living room with a TV, and access to a spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from both the living room and the primary bedroom. After a lovely day spent on the beach, you can return home to central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi throughout the condo.

A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing!!!!!

We booked this room last minute to surprise our daughter for her birthday and we were not disappointed!!!! The view from our balcony was AMAZING!!!! Having the indoor pool was HUGE since one of our days there was too cold n windy and the indoor pool came in hand. Walking distance to many places near us too!! We weren't ready to leave just yet.

DIAPOINTED

Upon entry there was pubic hair and urine on the master bath, the silverware had jelly like substance stuck to it, there is no TV in the second bedroom, and the biggest thing is that the vertical blinds in the living room had 7 panels missing, so there was ZERO privacy as your neighbors can look right in from their balcony. I reported this the first day and was told VACASA was waiting to see what the owner wanted to do, evidently the owners wanted to do nothing ss nothing was done. I believe that this was a known issue due to the pull string being broke so the blinds cannot open when pulled so they removed 7 slats and threw them behind the sofa so you can exit through the sliding doors. VERY DIAPOINTED. We went out and bought paper plates and plastic ware. The only positive is there was alot of beach stuff in the laundry room to use at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and a wagon). The wagon came in use as when it was time to check out there were no luggage carts as it is obvious security is NOT doing their job as people that were checking out on Saturday took the carts and kept them overnight as there were zero carts of any Friday evening through Saturday morning. Very rude for patrons to do this and unprofessional as security does not make you leave a deposit as noted on the building where the carts go. We wanted to go to the sauna at 10:48 p.m. and security would NOT give us the key saying “10:45 is the cutoff to get the key” although the sauna hours are until midnight. I do not think I will stay at the SeaWatch again, but if I do it will definitely NOT be with Vacasa as they are simply rent collectors that want nothing to do with any issues that arrive. They charge large fees ($527.80) to basically put your pool passes and laundry key in an envelope.

Great property

Over all property was fantastic and love the building. This is our second time staying in this building. Love the ease of the beach, the cleanliness of the building and all the amenities. The unit was clean and modern although the blinds didn’t work in the living room but that’s ok we had a great view of the beach. First time renting not directly from an owner using VRBO it was run by a management company. The TV in the living room was missing the remote so we couldn’t use it and with two kids with no tv in their room. I called the management company on Friday during check in. I let them know the remote was missing and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. They said they could get us a remote on Monday. Monday came and went and never heard from them. I sent them an email and they didn’t respond. Thankfully we had a hot spot and iPads but this would have been a deal breaker with two little kids. I’ve never had a problem renting before as owners are usually very responsive

Place was clean. That was the most important part.

We had a great time. Loved the convenience of My Place little store which offered a lot. Grounds were pretty and clean. Patio was great size. Was able to watch the sun rise and sun set. That was beautiful. Only cons were main screen patio door was broken so on a cooler evening we couldn’t keep the door open. No screen on the bedroom door at all. Would have been nice to keep open at night. Overall nice unit. We had a great time
