Big disappointment!
I typically donât leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience with this condo because it was far from what we expectedâand hopefully this helps others when making their decision.
We traveled over six hours to stay at this property, primarily because of its great location. It's in a family-friendly area that weâve really come to love. In fact, we stayed at a different condo in the same complex last year and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, that specific unit was already booked for the dates we wanted, so we chose this one instead.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this condo did not meet our expectations. To start, the unit did not look like the pictures advertised. Everything inside appeared worn down and unkempt. The overall cleanliness was highly questionable, and it genuinely felt like the place had not been cleaned before our arrivalâdespite the fact that we were charged a cleaning fee.
There was visible dust throughout, the floors were dirty, and the glass surfaces, particularly in the living room, were covered with fingerprints. The main bathroom was especially disappointing, with black stains all over the standing shower.
I reached out to the management office to express my concerns, but unfortunately, they were dismissive. I was told these were just âminor cleaning details,â which made me feel unheard and even more frustrated. Cleanliness should not be considered minorâitâs the bare minimum any guest should expect, especially when a cleaning fee is involved.
Overall, I would not recommend this unit to others. If you have the option to stay elsewhere, I highly suggest you do so. The location is wonderful, but this particular condo was a big disappointment.
