A newly remodeled BEACHFRONT townhome on Seagrove Beach, just steps from the sand and unobstructed views of the Gulf. This beautifully renovated home was designed by renowned Pierce & Ward Interior design company. This property offers picturesque views from the living room, the master bedroom and two private decks. The property is ideal for up to six guests, featuring a master with king bed and private deck, an additional bedroom with a queen bed, and a cozy private room with built-in bunkbeds. The queen guests bedroom and bunk room are connected, the bunkroom is a pass through.

The home also includes four new Smart TVs and a plush L-shaped couch where family and friends can watch the big game or enjoy the sweeping view of the crystal blue Gulf. The adjacent private deck features a table for six and two chaise lounges, perfect for relaxing, dolphin-spotting, and enjoying the sunset. The kitchen features brand new appliances and all amenities. The secluded beach is just 100 steps away, down a sandy path. This home is a true retreat and a perfect location along 30A's coast!

Seagrove Beach is perfectly settled between Seaside/Watercolor on the west, Alys/Rosemary Beach on the east. Close to all the restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowds and in your own neighborhood. The best of both worlds!

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Dirty-musty condo

We just spent the weekend in condo 11 and if you’re looking for a place close to the water that smells absolutely musty and antique-ish; this is the place for you! Don’t get me wrong-anytime I had a concern-the response time was fairly quick so that was nice however, we were told with our booking that we received two beach chairs and an umbrella but we were give the names of two companies that are no longer in business so we had to purchase chairs/umbrellas-with no credit. We were told there were extra chairs in the storage closet below-indeed there was if you want to dig through the mess and find them. Half the outlets in the condo do not work along with the microwave and ninja mixer. So plan accordingly if you’d like to cook anything! The bedding in the main room was stained. If you don’t mind snuggling in something that smells like sweaty urine or prefer sand and pebbles in your bedding-you’ll want to stay in the side room with the queen bed!! We had to wash that bedding when we got here. We have children and don’t mind an occasional critter but when you rent a place that has a rating of 9.5/10 and you find a cockroach in your bathroom…that’s disgusting. Looking to receive a staph infection? Sit on the couch in the living room. Not only is it stained up but it smells horrid. The kitchen cabinets have food stuck to them from renters before! If you have kids-you might not appreciate the giant photo of a naked gal hanging right next to the tv!! Won’t be back.

Views of the beach

Pros: views of the ocean,close to restaurants and a good price for location, newer appliances, good coffee maker Cons: dark lighting especially in 2nd bathroom upstairs, wood floors are unfinished so rough, the couch cushions sag and couch needs replaced.. not comfortable. Musty smell in the unit.. not sure if it’s due to the antique furniture or what. Outlet didn’t work in master bathroom, front door lock was tricky to enter

Family friendly

The place was adorable. We enjoyed the beach view. It would have been nice to have a grill on the back porch. We would definitely stay again. The only thing would be the description, there are a lot of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us but if my parents would have came it would not have worked for them. Also, can I just say again that the place was decorated so cute. We enjoyed looking at the various details in each room.

Beautiful Place to Breathe

We’ve never been to the beach in the fall, and weren’t sure what to expect. We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful weather in a more beautiful setting. The condo, which has been professionally decorated, had the most gorgeous art, decor and finishing touches: everywhere you looked, every tiny corner, was something of interest. It was the most aesthetically pleasing vacation rental we’ve ever had. On top of that, the furniture was lush and comfortable. Everything we could need was provided (with only one exception - an oven mitt would be lovely 😊). I could tell that during warmer months the upstairs would be a little too warm and it was warm for us too, but that was remedied with several large floor fans that are there that kept things comfortable and cool in each of the bedrooms. We just put them where we needed them. Cooking in the gorgeous kitchen was a delight - we like to eat breakfast and lunch in the rental and only eat out for dinner. The location to the beach was a short walk and the view from the balconies were perfect. Only a short drive takes you to anything you could need (like a Publix) and restaurants, with Seaside just a little further down. We highly recommend the Art & Soul Boutique (which is in a little shopping strip directly across from the turn in to the neighborhood) for awesome souvenirs created by local artists. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better time away as a family. I also think fall was the perfect time to come.
