Welcome to sunshine and clear waters! This lovely home on the canal boasts plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy together. A spacious layout and interesting archways will make you feel like you're truly in a luxury home! The star of the home is, of course, the stellar private pool. Covered by a lanai and surrounded by palm trees, guests can cool off in the pool and pool spa while someone cooks up the day's catch on the private gas grill. Open the doors to the front rooms wide for true indoor/outdoor living. But if you'd rather relax somewhere with central air conditioning, you'll find many nooks indoors for holding conversations. When you're ready to serve dinner, it's easy to cook up something delicious in the full kitchen (complete with a deluxe refrigerator, a breakfast bar, and many helpful small appliances). All ground floor, this home won't pose a problem to guests who have trouble with stairs.

The first bedroom of this home is just to the left upon entering through the front door. This is the main bedroom of the home, featuring a private entrance to the back deck and a lovely en suite bathroom with double vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. To find the rest of the bedrooms, guests only need to make their way to the kitchen and turn right - this enclave features two bedrooms. The first of these (and the second bedroom overall) lies to the left, and features a flatscreen television. The third bedroom is directly across and features a low-set bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination lies between the two bedrooms. The fourth and final bedroom lies just beyond the living room, to the left of the built-in window seat. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guests to fall asleep cool and comfortable.

Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
The pool cage has been removed due to damage from Hurricane Ian in September 2022.
The garage is not for guest use
Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee the safe docking of any watercraft

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: One security camera faces the front door and records 24 hours a day.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
