If you're looking for a quiet getaway, far from the noise and stress of the city, then Serenidad is the place for you. If you're looking for a place to experience the outdoors and hike, swim, play tennis or basketball, and go tubing down the Coosawattee River, then Serenidad is for you. We offer it all.
You can pick up your feet and read a good book or you can experience the many amenities that Coosawattee River Resort has to offer. Of course, there are many places in the area to explore such as wineries, orchards, and lakes. There is always something to do or someplace to go if you're so inclined.
Our home offers two twin beds, two queen beds and two king beds so you have your choice of whichever bed is most comfortable for you. Every mattress/bed and sheets/covers are brand new as of summer 2021. Four people are included for the price you see on the calendar. Each person over 4 is an additional $10/night. Only guests who have paid are allowed on the property.
There are 3 floors and each level has its own full bathroom so feel free to spread out.
We have a big and well stocked kitchen should you like to cook. Whatever you need is provided such as new pots and pans, baking sheets/muffin tins/ cake pans as well as a crockpot, roasting pan, food processor, mixer and blender. You'll enjoy preparing a meal in this kitchen with granite countertops and large island.
If you're not in the mood to cook and don't feel like getting in the car, no problem. We offer homemade meals that can be cooked and delivered right to your doorstep! If you would like some one to pick up your groceries and deliver them to you, just let us know and we can arrange this. We are here to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible. We would love for you to return over and over.

Our whole property is completely fenced. You will enjoy watching the deer come up to the fence to eat as well as the humming birds and butterflies outside the kitchen window. The house is surrounded by beautiful large trees so you feel that you are truly getting away from it all.
