Welcome to your ideal vacation retreat in Boyne City, MI! This spacious tri-level home offers plenty of room for you & your group to relax & make lasting memories.
Located conveniently close to the beautiful beaches of Lake Charlevoix & Lake Michigan, as well as a variety of recreational activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, and skiing during the winter months. The town also offers a range of dining, shopping, & entertainment options to enhance your vacation experience.

We live locally and are available in person in emergencies. Otherwise we can be reach via the text or call during and before your stay.

This home is located in town on a quite street. It is walkable to downtown for shopping, dining, and the local events which Boyne is know for (4th of July, Boyne Thunder, Stroll the Streets).
The whole home is yours. You may park in the garage too!

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open and airy living area on the main level. The living room features comfortable seating, large windows that allow natural light to flood the space, and tasteful decor that sets the tone for a relaxing vacation. The adjacent dining area provides ample seating for meals or game nights, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures with modern appliances and all the essentials you need.

The tri-level layout of the home provides privacy and comfort for everyone in your group. The LOWER LEVEL boasts a generous master suite with a comfortable king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a fully set up crib and office area. The cozy family room on this level is perfect for lounging, watching movies, or playing board games, providing a separate space for relaxation and entertainment.

The UPPER LEVEL of the home features 2 additional bedrooms (one an En Suite) and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the spacious backyard, which offers ample room for outdoor activities and relaxation. You can grill up some delicious meals on the outdoor barbecue, dine al fresco on the patio, or simply unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You can gather around the fire pit in the backyard and roast marshmallows for s'mores, creating cherished memories around the crackling flames.
You will want a car to drive to Boyne Mountain which is about 6 minutes away.
Whiting Park or Young State Park both have beack access and is a couple miles away.
