Prepare to relax by the canal! This lovely home represents the best parts of canalfront living, including boat access and a private dock. Cook out on the grill or in the open kitchen, and find plenty of space to eat outside. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool, and the private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels as you relax.
Certain bedrooms of this home are only accessible via the deck, so everyone will feel like they have their own space. The first bedroom is just down the hall from the living room and features a flatscreen TV, extra seating, and a private deck entrance. Head out to the furnished, second-floor deck to find the second bedroom, which features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the spiral staircase, the third bedroom features a private deck entrance and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Out past the informal dining area (with a view of the canal!) is the fourth bedroom just to the right. This bedroom features a private entrance to the deck and an extra refrigerator for storage. Every bedroom offers a ceiling fan for extra comfort.

*Please note that two of the four bedrooms in the home are not connected to the interior of the home. Guests need to walk out onto the porch and they have their own entrance.
There is 75 feet of dockage available. Boats must fit this length, and no ropes are provided. Guests cannot moor boats.
This home includes a membership to the Cabana Club, located in Key Colony Beach (where the shared pool and hot tub are located). The club includes a beach. Passes will be emailed directly to the Cabana Club, and guests will be able to go directly to the club and sign in.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details: 75 feet of dockage is available. Boats must fit this length, and no ropes are provided. Guests cannot moor boats.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
