Welcome to our beautiful and peaceful retreat just outside of Branson in Omaha, Arkansas! Located in a serene neighborhood surrounded by trees and rolling hills, our spacious home offers a tranquil escape with the convenience of being close to popular attractions.

It's about a 10-minute drive from the highway to reach the neighborhood, where you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of the area. The nearby lake adds to the picturesque setting, and within a mile, you can access the lake at Cricket Creek Marina and a public beach (no direct lake access). The marina offers boat rentals and slips, as well as a restaurant, making it a fantastic place to enjoy the water and relax.

While our home provides a serene and nature-filled environment, it's only a 20 minute drive to the bustling city of Branson. Here, you'll find a plethora of outdoor activities, shows, museums, water activities, zip-lining, and much more. Don't miss the opportunity to explore Big Cedar, the new amphitheater, race track, and Tiger Woods Golf course, all within a 15-minute drive. Additionally, Silver Dollar City is only 35 minutes away, and both Big Cedar and Top of the Rock are highly recommended attractions.

The road leading to our property is hilly and includes a short half-mile gravel road section within the neighborhood, adding to the rustic charm of the area. Once you arrive, you'll find a spacious yard where kids can roam freely. The yard features a fire pit, grill, and chairs, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. If you have a larger group, you can rent the adjacent home on the same acre lot, allowing for joint family or friends get-togethers.

The house itself is newly remodeled, completed in 2021, offering modern amenities and comfort. With three queen beds in separate rooms and 2 full beds in one big room, along with three full bathrooms (including one large tub), our home can comfortably accommodate your family or group of friends. WiFi is available (can be a bit spotty due to a rural area and lots of trees).

PERFECT HOUSE FOR FAMILY STAY

My family and I brought my 81 year old mother to Branson for DeanZ shows (which are awesome if you are an Elvis fan) and we all loved every thing about the trip. The house although not right in Branson was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. After hanging around in Branson during the day we had a cozy fire every night when we returned to this Beautiful country setting. We also rented a boat at the marina a mile away and the lake is great! It was off season so very peaceful and the people at the marina were so nice. We will definitely return hopefully in the Fall. Thank you to such a good host!

Great Memories made!

What a great place! Very clean and open providing space for everyone in our party. Everything we needed was there and the owner of the property was very responsive when we did have a question. We will definitely be back! Close to Branson but not too close as it was beautifully set off of the lake in a somewhat secluded area. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Location was nice and an easy drive to Branson daily. House is spacious and supplied with anything you need. We had a great time. Will be back!

I love to travel and share my homes with others to do the same and enjoy the beauty and fun in the world. My homes are in rural, nature settings because that is what I like but it may not be what everyone likes. :-)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has the best of both worlds, right next to TableRock Lake/Cricket Creek marina with a peaceful/serene/nature area. Yet, it's only 15 minutes to the Branson fun and activities. It's a 1 mile to a local beach and Cricket Creek Marina. No lake access via the house but walking distance. 10 minutes to Top Golfing/Big Cedar and 35 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 10 minutes to new amphitheater and race track. Sits on a 1/2 acre of land with a fire pit and grill, places for kids to run and play. The road to get in is a dirt road and bumpy also there are tons of trees so the internet can be spotty but just got starlink so much better. Great for family or friends get away or a 2 to 4 week work stay or work-cation away from home in a very serene, nature, VERY rural(not in the city) setting with a lake close by and hiking everywhere. You may need 4 wheel drive only in the winters to get up the hill. I want to make sure this is the best setting for your vacation and it be a great experience for you so please ask questions before booking. Up to 8 - 10 guests. 3 bedrooms, 3 queen beds and 2 fulls (in one downstairs room), 3 full bathrooms.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's all brand new remodeled on 1/2 acre for outside fun in a peaceful, nature setting only minutes from Cricket Creek Marina and a public beach. Yet close enough to all the Branson fun, Big Cedar, new race track and amphitheater when you want to go explore it all!! It's a nature, serene location and very hilly with lots of trees, peaceful, nice neighborhood. Great for family vacations, friends trip or even a month long plus stay cation or work-cation due to the peaceful, serenity, nature but yet close to SO much Branson/Lake has to offer. Lots of hiking trails , the lake and Cricket Creek marina close by. It's the best of both worlds!! But it is VERY rural with gravel roads, lots of trees and wildlife around and spotty internet. You may need 4 wheel drive in the winters only to get up and down the hill.
