Great place for the family. Near Indian Point Marina, Silver Dollar City, and a short drive into Branson. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and brought our own kayaks down to the dock.
Quiet location that backs right up to a cove on Table Rock. Kids fished off the bank. Very close to SDC. House was adequate but listing led us to believe it was larger. It says sleeps 12 and there is bed space for 12 but living room sits 4 adults and kitchen sits 6. If you just need a place to sleep, it will work. It rained everyday we were there and our group of 6 adults and 2 kids felt a little cramped.
Overall good. Some things need maintenance. Showers were not in good shape. Water damage. Deck creaky. Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. Loose outlets. Wifi up and down.
This place is very convenient to Silver Dollar City. It would be deal for a group of men who want to drink beer and fish. This place is older, harvest gold sink and no dishwasher. The table varnish is old and sticky, I had to put a cheap plastic table cloth and put it over it so we didn't stick to the table. The floor was also grimy and sticky. The windows did not lock, so we did not leave anything of value in the cabin when we left. There is no deadbolt on the front door, only the key pad you use to get in. It was definitely not the worst place I have ever stayed, and I was grateful it was so close to Silver Dollar City. The view off the deck was awesome and we did see deer every day we were there. Check out and check in was very easy, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. It is just an older place that could use a some upgrading.
