Welcome to our beautiful and peaceful retreat just outside of Branson in Omaha, Arkansas! Located in a serene neighborhood surrounded by trees and rolling hills, our spacious home offers a tranquil escape with the convenience of being close to popular attractions.

It's about a 10-minute drive from the highway to reach the neighborhood, where you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of the area. The nearby lake adds to the picturesque setting, and within a mile, you can access the lake at Cricket Creek Marina and the public beach (no direct lake access). The marina offers boat rentals and slips, as well as a restaurant, making it a fantastic place to enjoy the water and relax.

While our home provides a serene and nature-filled environment, it's only a 20 minute drive to the bustling city of Branson. Here, you'll find a plethora of outdoor activities, shows, museums, water activities, zip-lining, and much more. Don't miss the opportunity to explore Big Cedar, the new amphitheater, race track, and Tiger Woods Golf course, all within a 15 -minute drive. Additionally, Silver Dollar City is only 35 minutes away, and both Big Cedar and Top of the Rock are highly recommended attractions.

The road leading to our property is hilly and includes a short half-mile gravel road section within the neighborhood, adding to the rustic charm of the area. Once you arrive, you'll find a spacious yard where kids can roam freely. The yard features a fire pit, grill, and chairs, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. If you have a larger group, you can rent the adjacent home on the same acre lot, allowing for joint family or friends get-togethers.

The house itself is newly built, completed in 2023, offering modern amenities and comfort. With two queen beds in separate rooms and a king bed in the loft, along with two full bathrooms (including one in the loft), our home can comfortably accommodate your family or group of friends. WiFi is available (Just got Starlink so much better).

Beautiful, peaceful area and vert clean home

This house was amazing, it was VERY clean, had extra amenities so you don't have to bring all your own and a very peaceful, nature area. The house itself is brand new and very clean, the outside was nature, full of trees, green and animals. It's right next to Cricket Creek Marina where you can rent a boat or a slip for a boat, if you enjoy water activities. Downtown Branson is only about 20 minutes so one can get there pretty quickly. The Property manager said internet is spotty but she just got Starlink internet and we thought it was great! The road to get there is gravel but the second road into the neighborhood isn't bad at all. I would highly recommend this home if you like nature, a peaceful place but close enough to many things. The PM was easy to contact and communicate with anytime we needed something. We hope to stay again when back in the area!!

NIce House in Remote Location

Enjoyed our stay. Location is remote which resulted in spotty internet and TV. Coffee was left in coffee pot from previous visit. Washer not working. Lots of amenities provided a nice touch such as coffee, creamer, salt, pepper, sugar and a few snacks.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Beautiful, peaceful space, takes about 10 minutes to drive into, once off the HWY. Area is beautiful and peace with lots of trees and rolling hills. It's 15 minutes to Branson, the landing strip and about 1 mile to the nearest lake access and Cricket Creek Marina where one can rent a boat or park your own. The Marina is wonderful, nice people, restaurant, rent boats or rent a slip to put your boat. 10 minutes to Big Cedar, new amphitheater, new race track, Tiger Woods Golf course and 35 minutes to Silver Dollar City. A more serene, nature environment not the hustle and bustle of Branson but you can get to the hustle bustle in 15 minutes. The road to get there is a bit rough, (hilly, gravel road for only 1/2 mile into the neighborhood). The house was built 2023, brand new!! Great for a family trip, friends trip or a stay work vacation for a longer stay. There is a big yard for kids and dogs to roam with a fire pit, grill and chairs. Shares an acre lot with another home you may rent to have big family or friends get togethers. Two homes close sharing the acre lot for kids and families to enjoy together!
Since it is so hilly and lots of trees the internet can be spotty but just got Starlink so much better! 4 wheel or all wheel might be needed in the winters only to get up the hill. Great for family or friends get away weekend or a 2 to 4 week work stay or work-cation away from home in a very serene, nature, very rural(not in the city) setting with a lake close with lots of wildlife. It's also on well water so it makes hard spots on dishes etc. Please ask if you have any questions. I want to make sure this is the ideal setting for your vacation and it be a great experience for you and your family/friends. Don't miss out on this great home to celebrate and relax with family and friends by TableRock Lake and Cricket Creek Marina!

Close to MANY attractions including Cricket Creek Marina (1 mile away), Top of the Rock, Big Cedar, new amphitheater and OHV Park (10 minutes away). Branson Downtown is 20 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is 35 minutes away. So close to the attractions but in a peaceful location close to the water and 1 mile from Cricket Creek Marina and beach. One can rent a boat or a slip for their own boat and enjoy TableRock Lake. The marina also has a small shop and a great restaurant. Brand newly contemporary built and designed in 2023.
