Experience Tahoe in luxury and style in this home. Completely renovated with design and comfort in mind, you will find everything you need to feel right at home. The top floor primary bedroom serves as a private oasis with a King bed overlooking the lake, private balcony, fireplace, and spa style bathroom with a luxury style soaker tub. Also right off the bedroom is an in-home office equipped with 2 monitors and a printer that can be used if needed. Down the hall is another separate full bathroom with tub and shower, made for the small bedroom (bedroom 2) with a full size bed. Perfect for a crib if you have a small child you need to be close by.

On the middle (street level floor) is the huge wide open living/kitchen/dining space. In the kitchen, we have a 6 top burner Wolf stove with a full size and smaller side by side baking oven. There are also 3 tall stools provided for the breakfast edge built in along the island. You will also find a huge custom dining table that seats 10 comfortably as well as the huge L shaped sectional overlooking the back deck views. You can find your family and friends lounging here or on the giant deck with all the sliding glass doors open. We have a firepit to enjoy as the temps drop or you can bbq on our Napoleon grill.

Down one more level on the last floor, there are two more bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and connects, jack and jill style, to a bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 4 also has its own sliding door with Also located here is the large entertainment room loaded and ready for entertainment with a projector and drop down screen along with a tv. Here is where you will find our very fun and every kid's favorite, the bunk beds. Outfitted with 2 custom bunk beds (4 twin size beds in total), the kids will fall in love with this space to sleep and play. Each bunk has a built in nook with outlet and reading light so they can charge their devices and fall asleep with their favorite book. There is a bathroom with dual sinks and a shower just down the hall outside this room. Here the kids can clean up with their showers and use the dual sinks and have their own dedicated bathroom while not encroaching on others. Also, from just outside this entertainment room is the lower floor deck and the hot tub. Soak up the evening while enjoying views of Lake Tahoe!

And for those fitness aficionados, further down the hall, you will find the home gym. We also have a small laundry room adjacent to the gym for your laundry needs.
