This 10-bedroom, 11.5-bath retreat was designed for entertaining and relaxation, with an après-ski patio complete with fire pit and hot tub, a private ski hut for gear, a chef’s kitchen with a custom dining table for sixteen, a game room with pool, foosball, and shuffleboard, plus nine king suites, seven fireplaces, and an 80" TV.

Hosting up to twenty-two guests, this estate is the ultimate setting for corporate retreats, luxury family reunions, and multi-generational getaways.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen in this luxurious residence is equipped with two refrigerators, a convenient butler's pantry, a double oven, and ample countertop space for preparing delicious meals, especially for larger gatherings. If you prefer to take a break from cooking, arrange for a professional chef to prepare meals for you or have a catering service deliver a feast to the doorstep. For those moments when you want to wine and dine in style, a 14-foot custom-made dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, with an additional six seats available at the kitchen's bar top.

BEDROOMS:
The residence boasts ten inviting guest rooms, ensuring a restful and pleasant stay for everyone in your group. Designed with guest comfort in mind, nine out of the ten guest rooms feature California King beds and a flat-screen TV, offering a cozy retreat. The exception is the bunk room, which offers a unique sleeping arrangement. The two expansive master bedrooms each come with en suite five-piece bathrooms, providing a luxurious and private experience. One master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, while the other occupies its own level upstairs. Guests in the master suites can enjoy full tranquility with their own dedicated sitting area and a warm fireplace.

With a serene view of Timberline Run, the outdoor space features an 8-person hot tub, perfect for soothing your muscles after an exhilarating day of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or biking. Additionally, an outdoor BBQ is available for effortless al fresco cooking.

For your comfort, we've thoughtfully designed a ski hut overlooking the Timberline run. This allows you to leave your snow gear behind without the hassle of bringing it through the home. The room is equipped with pegs to securely hold your skis and poles, along with a 14-pair boot warmer to keep your boots toasty on chilly mornings as you set out for an early mountain adventure. When the Timberline ski lift is inactive, our attentive concierge shuttle service will pick you up at your door and transport you to the Ritz, ensuring convenient access to the mid-mountain slopes.

Accommodations couldn’t have been better. Fantastic place to stay with a large family. Ski in/ski out was a remarkable experience and Tahoe skiing was a second to none.

Property is beautiful but lacks general maintenance. For 21 guests over 5 days, only 2 rolls of paper towels were provided, a handful of dishwasher tabs, and when asked about more we received "we only provide what is left under the sinks." We had to go buy more and we only had two dishtowels. There are 2 coffee pots and a keurig. One coffee pot and the keurig doesn't even work. The other one is semi-broken and most of the time we had to hold the door to the grounds closed for it to brew. Sound system was impossible to work, even after multiple attempts by different guests. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. For the amount of money we paid for the weekend, we expected a better experience.

I'm working with the team now to ensure there are more supplies in the home for every group, and address the coffee pot and pillow issues. Large Group Home

This house holds a lot of folks, has activities and gathering areas and is well located for hiking and biking. The house is for sale and feels a bit tired. Make sure you look at the floor plans to make sure the room sizes, locations and bathroom connections work for your group. We had some disappointed parent couples although the young adult children were all fine- many shared bathroom and bunk accommodations. The young adult kids loved the activity area with pool table, tv, foosball, etc and we all enjoyed the sitting areas outside.

Hey Steve, I'm sorry to hear about eh issue with the floor plan not fitting the group as well as desired. We do have the floor plan and details of each bedroom and bathroom situation broken down in the listing and are happy to review it with every group to ensure it fits. There are 6 bedrooms with attached private bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms that share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. The other two bedrooms have bathrooms just outside of them. One bunk room 3 bunk sets / 6 beds and the other room with a bunk bed set also has a king bed in it. All other bedrooms have California king beds in them. We apologize the home felt tired. Our team works very hard to keep kitchen and inventory stocked and refreshed, and the home in great shape and all amenities working. We recently repaired the steam shower which was out of order before we began managing the home, as well as both hot tubs and the outdoor fireplace. I'm reaching out privately for details on the issues, and hope to help however we can. Thank you again!

Professional Women’s Retreat

Our group of 13 ladies had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! There was more space than we knew what to do with, it was so perfect for our group. Very comfortable gathering areas in many locations of the home. The kitchen was incredible and perfect for our large group meals. Everyone enjoyed the hot tubs. The whole house surround sound was great for enjoying music while enjoying the amenities, and several of the ladies enjoyed hiking around the property. 10/10 amazing trip, you can’t go wrong booking this incredible home!

The home is visually impressive, but our experience didn’t match what was advertised. Several major amenities listed as highlights of the property were out of order for our entire stay — including two fireplaces, the outdoor fire feature, one of the hot tubs, inoperable ice maker, and a window that wouldn’t close. None of this was communicated ahead of time, even though the management company had signs posted indicating these were known issues.For a luxury property at this price point, transparency and basic functionality should be a given. The refund offered was minimal compared to the loss of multiple amenities that heavily influenced our decision to book.If you’re considering this home, I strongly recommend confirming in writing that all advertised amenities are actually operational before you arrive. The property has potential, but the lack of disclosure and inadequate compensation were disappointing.

We’re glad you found the home visually impressive and still had a great time — it truly is a special, one-of-a-kind property, and we care deeply about delivering a great experience to every group. Just before your arrival, we discovered a few issues, including one of the two hot tubs and a couple of fireplaces. Out of caution, we temporarily turned gas off at those fireplaces. The home still offered five working fireplaces along with the primary 8-person hot tub, which remained fully operational throughout your stay. Our service team carries out of order signs with them incase there is an issue at homes we manage. They also notify us so we can update you, which we failed to do, and truly apologize. We understand how amenities can influence a booking decision, and we proactively work to keep everything in top shape. Each of these items have since been repaired. Because guest comfort, quality, and fairness are important to us, we provided more than an industry standard refund for the inconveniences, in addition to moving schedules around to make a later checkout work for your team. This home is an exceptional retreat, and we take great pride in maintaining it. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests, and we’re glad everything is now back to perfect working order. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your thoughts.
