Super Cute Oasis two blocks from the beach~ License to Chill

One of Folly's Best! License to Chill is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage nestled on a hill surrounded by lush greenery and palms. This private oasis has a completely fenced in terrace, perfect for grilling and lounging. Funky fun shops and restaurants are all less than a block away.The Folly Pier, new in 2023, and Atlantic Ocean are a short two-block stroll down a dedicated beach path right next to the property.

The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living room with comfortable furniture and large Smart TV. The modern kitchen features Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel appliances. The generous center island is appointed with bar seating for four and provides additional dining space. The 2 bedrooms and upstairs loft are all fitted with queen beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Bedrooms on the main level feature armoires, side tables, and reading lights for each bed. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a tiled shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and attractive vanity. Upstairs you will find a loft space featuring a queen bed with a Smart TV to the left and lounge/playroom to the right with seating, huge beanbags, and games. There is a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi too! Four colorful Adirondack chairs sit on the front porch with additional dining table seating on the spacious side patio. Wash off the sand and sea with the outdoor shower, both hot and cold water. Two parking spaces are reserved on the street in front of the property, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability and are not legally able to regulate the space (street parking is first come/first served). Additionally please note that propane and cleaning of the grill is the responsibility of the guest.

At License to Chill, well behaved dogs are allowed only with approval and pet fees. This home can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a maximum combined weight of 65 pounds. We will need the breed and size of your pet prior to approval.
